I have lost nearly 200 lbs but even with gastric surgery and GLP1 have plateaued on the last 50 lbs I need to lose. The doctors strongly recommend protein shakes and 100grams of protein daily, but I simply cannot stand most shakes -- icky sweet chemical taste, no matter what brand, how I froze them, blended them, choked them down, and it is really difficult to get that much protein without shakes. Shakeology at last is a shake I can enjoy daily. It tastes a little like raw brownie dough -- a little floury or chalky, so I definitely recommend a blender and not just shaking or stirring it. It does better with a bit of peanut butter or avocado, I think a smidgeon of healthy fats make it less floury. A teaspoon of instant coffee or a splash of vanilla bean paste also help, as does frozen fruit. Primarily, it is less chemically sweet tasting than other brands. It is expensive, but if you add up the cost of a month's worth of lunches or snacks and compare to roughly $3.50 a meal, it is a bargain.

I used to belong to beachbody.com until I retired and had time to go to the gym. So I thought it was great when I was able to purchase shakeology at Amazon. I love the taste of this shake in chocolate, I never tried any other favor. I just it for years. It is a great for recovery after a workout. What impressed me the most was the video I watched a long time ago of what you would have to eat in order to get all the nutrients in this shake. It's a bit more expensive then I used to pay but I feel it is worth it.

Keeps me full the majority of the day. Taste great!!!

Love the flavor, Easy to work with, and Time efficient. Great for times when in a rush in the morning, after a long day of work (too tired for cooking), or unable to wait for an order to arrive.

The taste is ok not great, but it has so many health benefits and it definitely fills you up. I definitely feel healthier drinking shakeology.

So delicious! I have tried a lot of protein shake mixes and this one is my favorite when it comes to taste. The downside... the price is high.

My absolute favorite shake! I typically have one a day! I love that you can get it from Amazon and have it shipped overnight! I use the chocolate the most but vanilla isnt too far behind. The recipes are endless!. I use the Kodiak choc chip oatmeal and then mix one the protein shake, pop it in the oven for a minute, mix it up, it’s so creamy and a bowl of heaven. For more protein add pb. I make protein balls for the family and they love them! I typically mix up what I put in but you could google a normal protein ball recipe and follow. A normal shake on the run with some pb and banana, ice def keeps me full and content most of the day!

I’ve used shakelogy for over 10 years just realized it’s now available on Amazon and $20 cheaper than I was paying for the Bodi subscription for the last 10 years when it was shipping from the US, it still was until I switched to Amazon subscription. HHands down the best Shake, has helped me lose 100 pounds initially back in the day. It has helped me maintain my health and weight. Nothing like it out there especially cause it has such a mix of nutrients and other super foods. Keeps all your nutrition levels in check. Check.

Wow. Healing my gut, filling if trying to eat less and overall feel better. Not super delicious but understandable if you read the ingredients. That said it still tastes ok.

Currently using it as a meal replacement. Knowing that I’m getting good nutrition while also feeling full is great.
