Very sturdy
This is an excellent little feeder, much more heavily and solidly built than other feeders in its price range. The feeding ports are very secure and will not fall out as they do with other budget feeders. The only issue I have with it is the top is held in with a thin threaded rod, so it is very secure, but takes a little longer to unscrew and remove than with most of these little feeders. Overall very pleased.

Very sturdy, attractive and easy to fill.
These are perfect for my migratory Painted Buntings. The short stems prevents many of the larger birds from using them as often.

Affordable and effective bird feeder
Overall, a good feeder. It's easy to fill and looks nice. When full of seeds, I get 6 birds on the feeder at the same time. I am unsure of the squirrel protection. Got my first squirrel once I got this feeder (after 15+ years of living here). It is a ground squirrel and so far, has not climbed the tree to get to the feeder as there are plenty of seeds that fall to the ground. Beware of these cute fuzzy creatures - mine has killed and eaten a bird! (look up carnivorous squirrels if you're interested) I have two complaints. The first is that the underside of the top lid and the base have rust. I live in the coastal desert but it has rained the past few days. Considering I've only had this for a few weeks, I was a bit shocked to see the rust. The openings/perches are still in perfect condition. The second complaint is that seed debris falls between the clear plastic cylinder and the base. I can't remove the base to get these out. I'm afraid to clean with water as this might create the perfect conditions for mold growth. It is a very affordable feeder and served my purpose to figure out whether feeding birds was worthwhile. It is! BTW, it took about 2-3 weeks for the birds to start using, even though I placed close to a bird bath that gets a lot of use. Now I get a variety of birds throughout the day and need to fill it every day. I fill with black oil sunflower seeds as I read this was the most nutritious food and usually does not attract mice, which like the grains (read bird seed ingredients carefully).

Finches love this feeder
I like how this feeder is made. There is no assembly required. The perch posts seem to be connected so much better than other feeders. The posts are sturdy and don't come loose like other tube feeders. It holds a lot of seed, and my finches have already gotten comfortable using the feeder. I didn't like the adjustable wire for hanging because it tightened like a noose on my very high shepherds hook, which makes it hard for me to get it down. I replaced the wire with one of my own, a very easy fix. I'm not sure about the squirrel resistance. I've given up on squirrel-resistant or squirrel-proof feeders. I've put metal cages on all my feeders. This feeder fits perfectly in a Duncraft Create a Haven cage. Squirrel problem is permanently solved and it keeps the big birds from bullying the smaller birds.

Love that its metal not plastic
Great price. Metal makes it last longer much sturdier and keeps bigger birds and rats from destroying them like they do the plastic ones. Yes I’m in Florida and rats are a big issue even in nice clean beautiful neighborhoods. Lots of birds love this feeder. It has color options I just prefer green. Easy to open and empty.

Nice Feeder
Not yet sure if the birds like our new feeder as we have not yet attracted any birds. It is a nice feeder, very sturdy with the necessary pegs for perching, and can hold a number of smaller birds.

A product worth the purchase for bird lovers
The feeder is attractive and well made. I like that there is no tray at the base of cylinder. The absence keeps squirrels away.

the tops dont close so you will get racoons spilling the seed and eating it daily so you have to do something about that yourself.
