Better, Cheaper bike mats out there!
The Peloton Bike mat is a good quality mat, BUT for the price, I think there are cheaper bike mats out there that would do the same job. My Peloton mat ALWAYS lifts underneath the bike, it never just lays flat and it cannot easily be straightened unless someone lifts the bike and I move the mat! I do have my mat on carpet, so that probably helps with its placement. The mat is much longer than the bike and is longer than I was expecting when I measured the space too. I guess this extra length is great if you have a weight stand, but if not, it’s much too long for just the bike. I started out having the end of the mat rolled up but it just kept moving. It imprints easily too, but quickly bounces back to its original form. The mat is much thinner than I thought it would be, it’s really not too dissimilar to a regular yoga mat. It is sleek and the Peloton logo branding is a nice touch, but really it’s over priced for what it is.

Don’t waste your money
These are useless I paid full price and after 6 months of standing on it briefly to get onto the bike it’s been ripped to shreds by the clip on shoes you need for the bike. The mat is not fit for purpose

You for sure need a mat under your bike and I appreciate the quality of the original one. I've had it for a while and it's been pretty sturdy and easy to clean. No issues and I've had it for 2 years now.

This is a high-quality mat, and it’s really important to be able to catch the puddles of sweat and easily wipe them up. We’ve had this a couple years and it has not worn or degraded at all.

It’s a good size mat very adorable. Perfect for a Poulton bike.
