I bought this for a friend who had just adopted a dachshund. It's the exact same colours and she was over the moon with it. It's really lovely, quite small and detailed and well made. Very pleased with the purchase and the price.

I collect everything Dachshund, and I can tell you that good representations are very hard to find. This little statue is pretty close to being perfect. The head is a midge out of proportion, but it is now a treasured part of my collection. Only wish they made one in what are called Reds or Tans, to represent that colour of the breed. Very happy that I own one. Came very well packaged and in reasonable time.
