Purchased as a gift for my dad who has a bad knee. Hes been using it and says thw heat and massage function is helping his aches. The item is a bit bulky, suitable for use if sat down for a while but not suitable to wear walking around under clothing. Good product though and seems to be helping him during winter when his aches/pains are worse!

It’s a bit hard to review this as there was some help with pain relief but after a few mins the pain starts to creep back in this is why i say it’s a hit and miss as it might work better for others. The size is very good because its adjustable straps can fit any size knee. The noise is bearable but after a while it does start to get annoying. It’s very easy to use and in terms of functionality there’s no issues with battery and ease of use you just turn it on and let it work. I really wish I could have given it more stars.

Works really well. Battery life with all setting at full give you about 3 to 4 hours. Pain relief good. Noise and vibration just right.

It was defective when it came. The lights never worked so I couldn't tell the levels or true temperature. Just stuck at 01, even though it was getting hot. Positive. The quality was good, so I will order another and see what happens. Will update when new one arrives. Hopefully a "one off". Hoping the next one arrives working. Update: Received another replacement from the same company but a different model. Everything is working properly. Only issue, make sure you have something underneath when using the high heat setting. It is very hot, I just use the mid setting. I changed my review to 4 out of 5, since the charging takes awhile, but I only use it once between charges. The company also reached out and apologized for the inconvenience. Mistakes are sometimes made due to no fault of theirs. For them to answer, listen and take their customers concerns seriously earns them a boost in their rating to 5. Not many company's actually care.
