I've been looking for a lamp for my daughter’s room that fit my aesthetic and was practical. The design is super sleek and modern but I think it could fit into almost any kind of decor. The app is really easy to use and the different colored light presets are great, tons of options. We absolutely love the simplicity of its design too.

The Loftie lamp has been wonderful for me. Instead of a jolt from my phone alarm, I am now woken up by a beautiful bright sunrise. I was skeptical at first because I thought the light wouldn’t be bright enough to wake me up, but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s introduced a whole new experience to my morning routine. The lamp also helps me wind down. About an hour before sleep, I have my alarm set to a red light that calms me and gets me ready for rest. The lamp itself is a nice modern/contemporary design and I love that it elevates the look in my entire room too.

Purchased this product because of the aesthetics, but was disappointed in the functionality of the very beta-stage app and endless hiccups (which never resolved) syncing lamp with app with WiFi, involving considerable time and research to troubleshoot. I should have returned it immediately when these issues presented. After 10 weeks, the lamp no longer turns on. I am quite unhappy about spending nearly $300 on such a problematic product that quickly flatlines. Spend your money instead on Philips HUE smartlamps, which are beautiful and high quality. Original review: For me, this falls short because the app offers very little control over the lamp. These are the functions: - schedule lamp to turn on ONCE per day (eg wake up) - select the light color for that single turn on - customize your own light color - turn on (turn off function cannot be programmed) For the price, this falls short of my expectation for functionality, such as ability to set a regular schedule for “on” events (eg, wake up, wind down for sleep, go to sleep, dim/night light), each corresponding with a light setting. There are 5 “modes” or presets, but 3 are pre-programmed, leaving only 2 that are modifiable. Some programmed light schemes are very pretty, but others are unimpressive. I would like to program time to turn off and schedule different colors by the time of day. Overall this is a pretty but overpriced lamp for the limited functionality.

This light has been pretty awesome! The kids especially love the custom colors it allows you to set. The past few weeks I have used this lamp at my bedside and lately next to the bassinet as we just welcomed our newest baby. Since this lamp works with bluetooth to my phone we keep it on through the night. On the lowest setting it’s the perfect nightlight. As baby wakes and needs fed-changed I’m able to adjust the lighting exactly as we need without disturbing the night. It’s been pretty wonderful!

- [ ] This is such a cool product. I love how sleek and aesthetic it is, first of all. Second, I love the modern technology that allows gradients that mimics certain sunsets from different locations, red light therapy, and more. It also is really really nice that I can control it through the app on my phone for when I’m extra lazy and don’t wanna get over to switch it off, if I’m close to falling asleep (top tier laziness, I know). Only thing is wishing it was cordless - but then I’d have to go through the annoying constant charging as well! Love this lamp!
