Cops and Robbers

Pics and story are amazing as always by these 2. Kids (age 9, 7, 5 and 3) love it.

Lovely book, arrived on time and in perfect condition

I can still remember the verse and how my teacher said it 30+ years ago. My nephew, aged 4, looked a little disappointed at first as I knew he wanted a Nintendo Switch game, but I examined I didn't have the pennies. Anyway, after looking at some pictures and engaging in some discussion about the cover (counting the cops and robbers) I was impressed by his interest, all initiated by him. Bless, he took himself off behind the sofa and looked at the pictures throughout the book - they are so engaging! Later on, at an opportune none, I offered to read it. I didn't think he'd want to but he curled up next to me and sucking his finger, he listened without a sound. So we went from a hmmmm moment to a contented, interested and engaged one. I enjoyed it, so did he.

I bought this book about 20 odd years ago for my family they loved it, I had to read it every night for years. Now I was so pleased to see that I could buy this book on Amazon and it is being read to a new generation of my family my grand daughter. It is a very colourful book good pictures and the rhymes and characters are such fun. Highly recommend this if you have young family that loves to be read to. One word of caution it is ADDICTIVE.

The first copy was damaged but Amazon changed it for a mint edition, no problem. This is a superbly entertaining book to read to small children and will be fun to read as the child learns to read for herself.

Lots of fun rhymes and great illustrations. Easy to read along and a fun story.

Loved this book for my children and now got it for my grand children

As a child growing up loved this book the only book I ever remember reading in junior school I now read it now to my 2 little girls and the smiles they have when I read it to them I know they will also remember it for as long as I do also try burglar bill the wording may be a little outdated but the read is brilliant
