Braun Silk-épil 5 5780 Bianco

I've had one before so I am not a first time user. Definitely an improvement from the previous one which must have been 15 years old :)) I like the light it has right on top thus making easier to see even smaller hair. I recommend to use it every 10 days to 2 weeks, if the hair is longer it will hurt a little more (for people who have not use one before and are thinking of buying one, it feels like being pinched :)) ). It is designed for European sockets, so for UK you will need an adapter. It also has a bag to keep it more comfortably. Overall, I am very pleased with the product, and it's very cheap considering the newest one (no. 9 I think).

Needs to be plugged in to a shaver plug and like other reviewers have said it stopped working a few times when connection came loose. Didn't bother me at all. The lead is nice and long and I prefer a plug in as it'll always be ready to use and I won't have to worry about charging it up. Slight swivel on head which helps and I've found it got the vast majority of hairs after a few attempts (this maybe due to the fact that I'm a novice and may improve with practise). It hurts a bit - a slight stinging sensation - but it was much less painful that I expected. I'm looking forward to a few weeks with hair free legs! Would recommend!

Quiet epilator. So smooth on skin and not a all painful. My daughter tried it for the first time with success. She may also buy one and save money on waxing. Came with 2 adaptors and useful cool glove. Would recommend.

This replaced my trusted and well used Phillips epilator which was nearly 20 years old. I had read the reviews (the best site being epilatorcentral.com) and decided to get an upgrade. I use this on my legs and underarms - it works beautifully on 2mm long hairs (as good as a razor!). As it has 40 tweezers it is fast and relatively painless. It is so gentle that the user guide allows for use on the face, although I have not tried that yet. It is nearly half the price of many other epilators which (I feel) have alot of unnecessary add ons). This is probably the best all purpose epilator you could buy.

Replaced a very old model SilkEpil and I am very happy with it. Much more accurate than my old one and picks the smallest hairs. The sensitive area head is great for armpits. The only downside is that it did not come with a little brush to clean it after each use.

However, the package seemed used and was definitely open, even though i ordered a new product. This is what I got for now paying attention who sells the it. Should have gotten it directly from Braun.

Best out there. I have tried a few. I like the five model as it has a swivel head - the three model doesn't ( used it once, I didn't get on with it at all) If you buy an eppilator make sure it has a swivel head or you are wasting your time and money.

I love this to an extent as i use it all the time. However it does not remove all the hair and i will notice especially buy the next day my skin has a rough feeling. I don't know if this is normal as i have never used one before but otherwise great!!

Kesmeden direkt kökünden alması benim için yeterli tek özellik. Şarjlı ürünleri sevmem ,bir süre kullandıktan sonra mutlaka performans kaybı yaşar ve çöp olur. O yüzden kablolular gibisi yok. Ya da hem şarjlı hem kablolu kullanım özelliği olmalı. Yalnız kablo uzunluğu bir çok cihazda olduğu gibi yetersiz maalesef. En az iki katı olmalı. Uzatma kablosu şart. Yoksa prizin dibinde akrobatik hareketler yaparken bulursunuz kendinizi :D İki hız ayarı var ve yeterli. Başlıkları kullanışlı. Soğutma ekstralarına (soğuk jel ve kesesi) gerek yoktu bence. Bir sonraki kullanıma kadar aparatları ile kesesine koyduk,dağılmaz,kaybolmaz. Bazı elektronik ürünler vardır fiyatları saçma ötesi fazladır aslında,bu da öyle ama yapılacak birşey yok. Den Epilierer Braun 5780 Legs, Body und Face habe ich mir nun endlich zugelegt und bin - um es gleich vorneweg zu sagen - begeistert! Ich habe 18 Jahre lang ein altes Epilierer-Vorgängermodell genutzt und nun sozusagen "aufgerüstet". Epilieren ist also bereits Alltag für mich. Dieses neue Modell ist ein wirklicher Fortschritt: die Epilation verläuft viiiiiiiel schneller, sorgfältiger, leiser und schmerzfreier als bei meinen Altgerät. Damit hat sich der Kauf schon gelohnt. Ich brauche nun nicht mehr jedes Haar einzeln anzuvisieren. Das spart Zeit und Nerven. Überrascht hat mich dies eingebaute kleine Lämpchen im Epilierer - und dessen große Wirkung. Diese kleine Licht zeigt wirklich perfekt den Weg zum Häärchen... besser als jede Lampe im Zimmer. Erstaunlich. Glückwunsch an den Entwickler, der diese Idee hatte. Praktische Idee! Das umfangreiche Zubehör in Form von diversen Aufsätzen (Rasiereraufsatz, Trimmeraufsatz, diverse Aufsätze für kleinere Epilieraufgaben) gibt es nur in dieser Modellvariante. Es ist vollzählig vorhanden und erfüllt jedes einzelne seine Aufgabe. Perfekt! So benötige ich nur ein Gerät für alles - auch für die Stellen wo rasieren angesagt ist - oder vorsichtiges Epilieren - wie z.B. im Achselbereich. Gute Sache! Ich bin froh, dieses Modell gewählt zu haben, das Zubehör möchte ich nicht missen. Verzichten kann ich dagegen prima auf die teureren Akkuvarianten, die auch in Dusche und Bad genutzt werden können. Als Brillenträgerin seh ich unter der Dusche eh nix, sodass das Epilieren dort sowieso entfällt. :-)) Das Stromkabel sitzt übrigens prima fest... es muss beim anschließen allerdings wirklich gut im Epilierer eingestöpselt werden (es gibt so einen kleinen "Klick") dann sitzt es bombenfest. Der wirklich einzig Minuspunkt ist der in der Packung enthaltene "Aufbewahrungsbeutel" für den Epilierer. Dieser kleine weiße plastikähnliche Beutel ist kaum groß genug für alle Teile - und sieht arg nach "Billig" aus. Das kann Braun wirklich besser. So muss ich nun noch separat eine kleine Kulturtasche kaufen, in welcher ich den Epilierer samt Zubehör aufbewahren kann. Das ist nicht wirklich schlimm, aber trübt den ansonsten großartigen Gesamteindruck. Fazit: Epilierer samt Zubehör ist spitze in Funktion und Ausfertigung! Verpackung: verbesserungsfähig.

Premetto che, ho già utilizzato altri due modelli di Silk-épil prima di questo, quindi l'ho acquistato ben conoscendo la qualità e l'affidabilità del prodotto (squadra che vince non si cambia..). L'epilatore è efficacissimo, anche sui peli più corti e sottili (la testina inclinabile segue davvero il corpo, perfetto soprattutto sulle ginocchia); delicato sulla pelle, molto leggero e maneggevole. Ha anche tutti gli accessori di cui ho realmente bisogno (la seconda testina per le zone sensibili ad es., o il guanto refrigerante, che è davvero piacevole!) Ho scelto questo modello, al posto dei più recenti "Wet & Dry", perchè funziona con il cavo a rete e mi consente di usare l'epilatore per tutto il tempo che voglio, senza dipendere dalla durata della batteria. In conclusione, sono molto soddisfatta dell'acquisto, perchè la qualità dell'epilazione è ottima ed estremamente confortevole (chi è già abituata ad un epilatore su pelle asciutta, troverà l'epilazione ancora più delicata); ma anche chi dovesse cominciare ad usare l'epilatore per la prima volta, lo apprezzerà moltissimo, perchè non è aggressivo o fastidioso (basta preparare la pelle con una doccia calda e asciugarsi bene, dato che questo epilatore si usa SOLO su pelle asciutta). E' anche consigliato il guanto refrigerante, per desensibilizzare la pelle e rendere l'esperienza dell'epilazione ancora più dolce.

Après une deux utilisations , je peux mettre un commentaire. Cet appareil est très maniable par sa forme il fait beaucoup moins de bruit que mon ancien babyliss et surtout enlève bien le bulbe du poil. Ayant l'habitude des épilateurs je n'utilise pas le gant froid, en tout cas la douleur est vraiment moindre qu'avec d'autres épilateurs, je pense que c'est lié à la fonction massage des petits roulements en formes de billes. Le rasoir intégré est très utile et permet un rasage rapide quand on est très pressé. Concernant l'épilateur, comme il est moins large que d'autres, il est parfois nécessaire de passer 2 fois, mais quand cela est fait régulièrement et avec un bon gommage par semaine, cela devient de plus en plus rapide. De plus la lumière intégré est très utile et permet de ne rater aucun poil. Pas de problème de charge avec le fil, on peut donc prendre son temps. Je en suis vraimant pas déçue de mon achat, c'est un très bon épilateur à un prix raisonnable par rapport à d'autres.
