Brilliant item, has saved 3 nails with horizontal splits so far So pleased to have found this, have needed it for many years and wish I had come across it sooner!

This was a perfect product for my split nail. Very easy to use.

I was pleasantly surprised with this. My nails always break at the sides sometimes quite far down. Very painful. You just paint on a thin layer of glue all over your broken nail and quickly stick your whole nail in the little pot of powder. Its dry immediately. Use the buffer to smooth nail and remove excess. If break a bit unstable, you just repeat the process. Leaves your nail looking white so just use your normal polish to cover. Lasted 4 or 5 days before break gave way again. Removed with acetone and started again. Great for if you break a nail, just before an event or to allow time for your nail to grow enough for it not to be sore. Dont think it would work if your nail broke completely but upto halfway across should be fine.

Terrible hard too use .could see it under polish and hard too remove.my nails chipped and flaked with this and one broke.would not recommend

This is such a fantastic product I had to a review. I had two really badly broken fingernails which were split very low down the nail. I repaired them using this kit and they are still fixed three weeks on from the original repair. Doing everyday things, housework, gardening, etc and swimming and they are still fixed. I highly recommend this product to all.

You paint on the glue and then dip the nail in some powder. It dries instantly, leaving a tough translucent layer that fills cracks. There is an abrasive pad to smooth the surface, but as a man I didn't feel the need to use it. My thumbnail had a big ridge and was cracking, sometimes bleeding when I caught it on something. This has completely fixed it. Nobody will notice the very slight matt effect.
