I use this powder when I've been out for a run, I feel really dehydrated or if I'm sick and it's such a lifesaver. For years, I've been buying electrolyte tablets that dissolve in water and yeah, while they taste nice, they always felt like a bit of a scam because you get so little for the amount of money you pay for them. This powder doesn't really have a taste, but it is a little salty. Which should be expected because it's electrolytes. It has no real smell to it, and it dissolves easily. I usually just put it in my water with a bit of squash and I get the same effect as expensive tablets without the cost. If you don't stir your drink, or mix it up, it can be a bit gritty, but aside from that I've no issues with the product. I'd happily buy this again. In fact, I know it's going to be a repurchase already. You get so much for the price, and you even get a little scoop inside the bag so you're not having to eyeball how much product you need, so it's super easy to get the right dose.

As others have started it is very salty. I found it dissolved easily. It's to early to notice any difference at the moment but it's cheap and has everything you need to replenish your electrolytes so all is good. Just get ready for a salty taste. I will be mixing it into squash from now on.

Use this in my juice when I'm at the gym does help keep me hydrated, do notice a slight salty taste, but not to bad.

Great value! Just a basic no frills electrolyte powder that you can add to your drink or to water. Yes of course its slightly salty.It an electrolyte powder!. But it's not too strong and doesn't taste bad. It's not the best as dissolving but honestly, it does the job at an amazing price. This is my go to electrolyte powder and always will be.

Be warned: unflavoured does not mean tasteless. Because it is pure electrolytes its does tasty really salts - so what I do is mix it with yogurt with creatine to have it with minimal taste effect. MUCH better value than alternatives that come in tubs like optimum nutrients, once you have a container i would recommend getting these as refills. Dissolves well in warm water but takes a little but of stirring or shaking in cold.

Great product and way cheaper than buying the usual big brand name electrolyte tablets. I'm on Keto and 1 serving of this stops them the very next day.

Great product - without any sugar or add-ons. For everyone expecting NO Flavour at all... you must be delusional. Yes of course it has a salty taste. It's salt after all. Just use a pinch in your water and you will be fine. Don't bother with the scoop provided.
