I've been dying my hair using this colour once a month for the past 18 months. My hair is in great condition and on my last visit to the hairdresser to get a trim, she was impressed with how healthy and shiny my hair is. I don't have any grey hairs so I can't talk about grey coverage but the instructions say that if you have grey hairs you need to leave the product on for about 5 mins longer. My friend dyes my hair using this product and she finds it very easy to use with very little mess. The colour stays rich for the whole month. It has never faded! I wash my hair every other day with a moisturising shampoo (nothing that's made for keeping in colour specifically)

Does what it says on the box - covers my grey hairs completely, but it is only semi-permanent. However, I think the way that my hair gradually turns back to it's natural shade, as the colour washes out and fades, is much nicer than a 'line' of colour change round my head which I've experienced with permanent colour. I love the way it makes my hair shine and feel very silky after first application, and it smells reasonable pleasant too.

I have dark brown hair naturally and used the black dye. It worked well... hair was very black. However I only used this product once, and that was well over a year ago. The dye has not faded much if at all.
