Great watch, large, unfussy display and radio accuracy
Very easy to read with large digits for the time and I like the rectangular face. It tells me everything I want to know on one screen - time, day, date, and has the standard Casio features of stopwatch, timer, alarm etc. With the press of a button it can also tell you the time in another country. What more do you need? One bonus is it can display the date in the proper format - day/month, and not the annoying US format of month/day. The light is very good and illuminates the whole screen with a pleasant blue glow that makes it easy to see the time in the dark. I found it very simple to set up and set the time using the radio time signal (I live in the UK where I assume the signal is strong). I think some people have found this difficult to do but I believe the trick is to ensure you set your home location first, then the watch knows what signal to look for. On "manual" setup it found the correct time within a few minutes, and apparently it will do this automatically if you put it on a window ledge overnight. I sometimes go to Canada so it'll be interesting to see how it performs there. The bracelet looks pretty smart too, although some people have said it's a bit lightweight. Does the job for me though. Bit fiddly to adjust the length, but there are plenty of videos on the Web to show how it's done. Some people have also pointed out that the 'glass' is the highest part of the watch so it's likely to get scratched especially as it's not the highest quality of glass. That might be true, only time will tell, but what do you expect for a watch this price. Before purchasing it I did quite a bit of Web research to find a watch that did what I wanted, didn't have a fussy display, kept great time and was a sensible price. This was the one I chose and I'm very pleased with it.

Good Watch - Shame about the strap BUT...
Great Watch, Almost every thing 100%?? The Strap!! I have average size wrists but this strap is way to big. Having a little knowledge in the watch market I decide to have a go and remove 2 links. I removed the fastener link no problem. Then started to remove the two links in the strap. Not obvious, So checked YouTube videos and bingo found what I thought I was looking for. Removed the required pin only to find that Casio have changed to strap. I CANNOT find a video for this strap. I have very easily got the pin out but there appears to be 2 more pins which I cannot remove. If any one has found a way please let me/us know how. I went to my local jeweller/watch repairer but he is closed until 9th January. Set up took 5 minutes, having the day and month the right way round is great. Why did Casio make this strap so difficult?? Update: Anyone trying to remove links in this strap I have succeeded and here is how: Decided how many links to remove (I took out 2) 1) Remove the spring pin in the clasp. 2) On the inside of the bracelet look for the plate with an arrow and a dimple to the one end. 3) With a small screwdriver carefully push the dimple slightly down and outward. The end will push out. It will take a lot of effort. Watch your fingers and hands and legs if doing on your lap. Don't let the driver slip!! 4) When you have pushed out 2/4mm with a pair of small pliers pull this bar out. 5) Repeat the above on the next link. This will allow you to remove 1 link, to remove 2 links remove the 3rd arrow bar. 6) That's the easy bit. You will see a centre bar which was holding in the arrows bars. You need to keep one of these This is the tricky bit, you need to bend this centre piece 90 degrees and twist one end into the middle. You should be able to lift this bar out and refit to the bracelet (just look at the other ones and it should be obvious). 7) Once you have this in place refit the other piece of the bracelet to the centre bar (as before). 8) Refit the spring pin to the clasp. Note there are two holes to allow for some adjustment. Sorry if this sounds difficult but it is harder to explain then do. Now every thing is 110%. Casio need to revise this strap to make it easier to adjust. Phil

Great watch but unhappy with Casio
This watch is exactly what I wanted, large clear display, able to change the date to the right way round for the UK market, and calibrates itself daily so you always have the exact time. Bought it September 2013 but it reset itself June 2014. I sent it to Casio for repair under warranty but they said the parts were no longer available and offered me an alternative off their website up to the value of £50. The available watches were more expensive than most other retailers and they didn't have a comparable watch I liked on their UK website, however they were selling the same watch on their European website but they wouldn't let me have one from there. I asked for a refund but was told it was not an option so I contacted Amazon who said a same model replacement would be with me in two days, which it was. I returned my old one which was free postage. In summary a great watch for the money, very slow and rubbish customer service from Casio, excellent value and service from Amazon again which has guaranteed my future custom and recommendations.

Terrific timepiece - Shame about the strap!!
I had a WaveCeptor watch previous to this one. I was very pleased with it but after some years wear and tear, the plastic case split and the resin wrist straps kept dropping off. I wanted the same watch but all metal as I hoped this would be more robust. Once the watch is set up - Just a few button presses - It keeps accurate time and never ever has to be set again. Even travelling abroad, you only have to re-set the appropriate time zone which takes just a couple of seconds. Worth 6 stars if I could do it. The metal strap really lets the watch down. I'm not a skinny guy but I had to remove 3 links to get a good fit. No instructions are given in the accompanying guide on setting up the watch and so had to resort to the internet to find out how to do this. It's a very simple task - On paper. But required me having to dig around in my toolbox and apply a bit of brute strength. It shouldn't be that hard. Now it's done, I'm hoping this watch will run and run for many years.
