I required a new laptop as one of the shoulder straps on my old one broke, I therefore wanted a backpack that was manufactured to a high quality as I do not wan5 to keep replacing them over and over. This one has many great reviews, I read them all before deciding to purchase - but I did physically look at a couple of premium branded, far more expensive backpacks prior to ordering, however they were too small for my requirements. Due to the great reviews and manufacturers description, my expectations for this one were very high and had it not lived up to those expectations, I would not have hesitated to return it. I am very pleased to say that not only did it meet my expectations, it exceeded them my a huge degree, the quality of the materials and zippers is fantastic, it is well made, thoughtfully designed, feels strong and has plenty of room for my laptop and gadgets as well as some cloths and travel accessories. There are pockets for everything that I need and it was great too that a small combination lock was included with this backpack for added security. Being able to compare some top branded, very expensive backpacks with this one, the immediate comparison does not give me any regrets about purchasing one at this price point, the only unknown will be the durability and performance in the long term, but I am feeling very confident that this will be long lasting. Having been using this daily for two weeks already, there are no signs of any issues - and I believe that you would normally see the start of something early on. If I have one slightly negative comment it is regarding the Velcro strap that secures the laptop compartment, this is quite tough to pull open and I feel that this will tear with time, even then this will not prevent overall, use of the backpack. It would have probably been better to have designed this feature with some form of quick release clip - maybe a thought for the next model? In summary, this backpack is worth every single penny - and more, I am in fact staggered that this can be purchased for this price (I also used the 10% off voucher that makes it even better) . If you need a good quality, strong, nice looking and useful backpack for work or school, I cannot recommend this one highly enough. I really, really wanted a bag that could carry a laptop and some writing pads and a much larger space to fit a food bag and water bottle. I've made a few mistakes. I really lucked out on this one as it's perfect for me. There is a large space to put different sized bags into, also fit a 1 litre bottle of water and while the side pockets aren't huge, there are support straps where you can run one through a bottle's handle so it can stay in the side pocket, held firmly. There are other straps and hooks if you need to add more, so you could take it as an overnight bag. The handle has a cable through it which is couched in a plastic tube over the fabric handle, so it's extra tough and you won't be ripping that. All in all, it's a great laptop bag, but without any food bag in it, it looks compact.

I bought this Backpack mainly for use with the Chest Clip & Trolley Sleeve. It's not so easy to find Backpacks that have both. Most have one or the other. It seems that Vankean thought of everything - and yet they haven't. It features: *1 Main Compartment *1 Separate Padded Compartment for a selection of your favourite 'Travel Companions' - ie: your electronic devices & their subsequent accessories. Loops & Rings for your external extras - ie: things that you may way want to hook on to the outside of your Backpack. *Several External & Internal Pockets *1 Key Ring Holder/Fob *1 Padlock *1 Sunglasses Compartment *2 Twin Side Pockets - (in theory you have 4 Side Pockets - 2 mesh open & 2 zip up). *A Chest Clip *A Trolley Sleeve - (A novel Idea as hand luggage, but only suitable for use sitting on top of a suitcase). See My Comments Below. *Bag Protectors at the bottom of the Backpack. *The Backpack Main Compartment is Loaded from the Front rather than the top. *Two-Way or Bi-Directional Zippers on the 'Main Compartments' that can be padlocked. My Criticisms Are: *What this Backpack does not have is... or... what I think, is that a Backpack this size would benefit from a Waist Strap - which it doesn't have. *The Sunglasses Compartment is not even deep enough to hold a packet of chewing gum without falling out several times, let alone a pair of Sunglasses.

Great replacement at good price, i use this daily and is well made. Lots of pockets and bigger than most standard rucksacks. Still gets on flights as hand luggage without issues. Water resistant is good. Sturdy zippers

Looks and feels great, there is plenty of space to arrange personal stuff , zippers are pretty smooth and good quality, material of construction is pretty much good and well built. Only a small complaint that it could be nice if there’s a provision to store bunch of. keys to access easily. overall its a very good and one of the best back packs I ever had.
