Can’t say much about quality of this compared to other brands because I’ve never used a ring flash before. But I got it attached to my Canon Rebel t4i and it works as it should and flashes automatically when I take my photo. :)

I use this for dental photography and it works great! Easy to set up as well

Does a great job with macro photography. I use it to shoot product photography, especially jewelry and close-ups of product labels. The only reason I give it a 4 star instead of 5, my Nikon Z does not detect the flash and therefore does not compensate the preview in the viewfinder for it, leaving it dark in macro situations. The only workaround is to manually adjust the view mode or enable the starlight mode.

Works great with my Canon EOS M6 Mark II, using my Canon EF 100mm IS USM macro lens (67mm in diameter). I'm not sure why Canon sells ring flashes for $600 when this one works great and is compatible for <$100. Very happy with this purchase.

It doesn’t connect with flash but which is fine but they don’t tell you which cord to get for your camera which is essentially a scam don’t bother with this

Correcto, sabiendo lo que se compra. Plasticoso pero cumple perfectamente. Era lo esperado en relación calidad/precio. Funciona perfectamente y cumple su función. Habría sido deseable el poder discriminar la luz a derecha o izquierda, arriba o abajo, iluminando solamente una parte del anillo, pero supongo el coste del producto habría sido mayor. Resumiendo, cumple perfectamente, ideal en fotomacrografía, y buena opción para fotografía creativa aislando elementos del fondo e incluso retratos.

Ich habe mir diesen Blitz zusätzlich zu meinem bereits vorhandenen Macro Blitz von Godox gekauft, der aus 2 getrennt einstellbaren Einzelblitzen besteht. Dieser Rundblitz ist zwar nicht so detailliert von der Lichtwirkung einstellbar wie der andere, aber dafür sehr viel einfacher in der Handhabung, da hier keine separate Fernsteuerung benötigt wird. Einfach den Teil mit dem Batteriefach auf den Blitzkontakt der Kamera setzen. Wird mit handelsüblichen 2A Batterien betrieben und ist sehr einfach per Schiebeschalter in der Stärke einzustellen. Dazu ist er auch leichter und damit einfacher zu handhaben. Man kann ihn auch als Portrait-Licht verwenden, das erzeugt dann ein kleines Ringlicht im Auge, allerdings bevorzuge ich für Portraits eher indirektes Licht.
