The product is good. There is only one issue that Connected headset gets disconnected frequently which causes problem especially when office call is going on. Rest it's very good product.

Well working till now

Initially i purchased this HUB for my Bluetooth device and also other arrays of devices like keyboards, mouse, speakers and printer which needed to be connected to the back of my pc. Mind u i have an old system dual core and USB 3.0 is not compatible yet so, i had to do with usb 2.0. I thought i could use this HUB to connect all these devices and have some free space where i could leave some room for air. But it seems it is not compatible with my old system, i tried downloading some driver peripherals or update and it failed to do so. However it was interesting to observe since i am on a dual boot, my Win 10 supports this functionality but my system has only 2 core and 4 GB RAM and 32 bit architecture. So this HUB with all its limitation observed in Win 7 seems to overshadow in Win 10, what can i say Win 10 is superior than Win7 which is also bloated than Win 7 but seems to do what i was looking for. If u have already purchased this HUB don't return it, as after few years u'll definitely buy a newer system with Win 10 on it and u could then make a use of it then. Because 4-5 year ahead from now this HUB may not be available here in Amazon. so don't hit that return button and ask for a refund. Keep it u can still attach usb devices like pendrive and USB internal drive and external drive and copy/paste all ur data. Its a keeper don't return.

I'm using this product since 2022 to till now I have not any issues with it.
