Great value
Good flavor and color- great base for sauces and gravies- just a little goes a long ways though- had to keep adding liquid- mixed with mushrooms and a little sour cream makes an excellent stroganoff sauce.

This is a great product that I’m used to from Germany. Makes an awesome gravy

Good, not great, but a convenient shortcut
Usually, I use the better than bouillon brand paste, water and a little heavy cream, or ideally the actual juices from the roasted meat, but this is a nice shortcut. I use a lot more powder than the ratio calls for, though, because my husband really loves salte umami taste.
