Easy to read
The information is compact and relatively easy to read, however, the grammar is atrocious!!

Bought new, came used with something spilled on it
This book came with something spilled on it and it is clearly used (despite me paying for a new one). That is really frustrating to me. Whatever is on it smells- seems like oil or something.

Came damaged and half in plastic
Ordered this book brand new for my class, came beat up and not even sealed the whole way in plastic. I thought I ripped it when I took it out of the packaging but it was ripped halfway when it was packaged. Not impressed for a brand new college book. The cover is now peeling apart and the pages are wrinkled.

I paid for a brand-new one.
The moment I got hold of the book, I started going through the first pages. To my dismay, I encountered runners with highlights and hand-written notations. I ended up returning the book.
