I wrote a lengthy and detailed résumé of my experience with this product just for Amazon to dismiss it on grounds of Breaching Community Guidelines??! I wrote about Asthma, Product Effectiveness, Value for Money, Product Quality, and More. All upbeat and valuable information. I have no idea why my Review wasn't published. Anyhoo, I'm now awaiting the 6% Hypertonic from the same company.

Sometimes the mucus is just too thick to cough up. Nebulised this 3% and find it helps quicker and more effectively than 0.9% Not a bad price.

Great product use twice a day

Resp-Ease 3% Hypotonic Saline solution is packaged in individual 4ml vials which makes it easy to support single session nebulizer breathing treatments. The benefits of hypo-saline breathing treatments are well known and are recommended by doctors (as required) to improve lung function and reduce the incidence of infections by helping to clear mucus buildup in lung airways. 3% seems to be the real 'sweet spot' concentration to get the most effective results without being overly salty. For this reason 3% tends selling out. I originally obtained hypo-saline via pharmacy with a prescription. When it was no longer available at any pharmacy, I had to shop Amazon. My original prescription called for 4ml treatment volumes. Being able to source 4ml ampules is a definite plus compared to estimating 4ml out of 5ml ampule. while wasting the remainder the ampule. So for me the Resp-Ease3% is a definite improvement packaging wise. It's also less expensive.

We use this during the winter or when our kids seem to show signs of catching a cold. Vials are small, pack well if needed for travel, and easy to twist open and pour into chamber. I don’t detect a smell but my kids don’t particularly enjoy it. No issues with it while running our nebulizer machine.

I got these for my CHF Super Senior Cat and I’s nebulizer being that I suffer from allergies to mold, dust, and pet danders. These worked wonders and I cannot be any more pleased! Definitely a great value and I will be buying these again as needed. I highly recommend these to others.
