Great relief

Grease them and where they go beforehand
Smear them with some cream made for the area, or even petroleum jelly (Vaseline), to make them slide in easily, likewise the passage where they are to go, and also the finger to push them in. Make sure they go all the way in – you can feel the ring of muscle close behind them when they are properly inserted. They always do the job, and ease both the mind and the bum.
