Pretty amazing product
Reolink has come a long way in the quality and usefulness of it's products. Over the years, they've made significant improvements to their products, and have introduced some amazing cameras and other accessories. I recommend and install Reolink for my customers who want a good camera and value for their money. For their older products, customer support has always been very helpful and has never declined to send a warranty replacement fast and free. However, I have not had to contact customer service with any issues for multiple years now, which is why I'm writing to compliment improved durability of their products. It should not go unnoticed. The security of their cameras, including doorbell cameras, are great. Smart detection has always worked really well and has only improved. Reolink has great compatibility with Google Home, Home Assistant, etc. Connectivity has always been great as long as you have a decent network. This isn't a paid review by any means. Amazon prompted me to review my past years purchases and I've placed bad reviews where they belong on products and good reviews as well. This is one of the good reviews for sure. The Floodlight camera is one of my favorite Reolink cameras. The light is bright, it's customizable, it still comes with all of the smart features and gets a full 180 degree view, and works great day or night. Would I enjoy this review getting noticed by Reolink and getting some appreciation back? Sure! But only because I really like these cameras.

Sharp, undistorted image; No need for cloud account, subscription, or separate recorder
I am very happy with this camera! The resolution and low light capability is excellent. Despite being 180° field of view, the extreme ends remain clear and undistorted. The stitching of the two videos into one is basically invisible until something gets close to the camera. I love how you do not need a cloud account to use the camera or app! I use the app on android and PC and they are both intuitive, fast, and high quality. I also appreciate the camera's ability to record to an SD card itself without a recorder. One area I think can be improved is the mount. It is currently just a metal bar that assumes you can drill holes anywhere. I had to 3D print a custom adapter so that the mounting holes were where I needed them. The camera also seems to need POE+, not just regular POE, to run both the camera and light. With regular POE I could only run the camera. I think the product listing should be updated to make that clear.

Needs 20+ watts on PoE, great picture quality
First off, you need an 802.3at (PoE++) switch to run the camera and floodlight. None of my Unifi switches would put out enough juice, so I had to get a separate power injector. Both image and video quality are fantastic, and it couples well to the reolink NVR. It can also stream to Unifi (or other DVR systems) using onvif. Installation was pretty easy. Note that the hanging bracket is a snug fit, so you might need to massage it into place just a little. I haven't quite figured out the alarm settings yet, but the IR, daylight and floodlight picture quality are all exceptional. If, like me, you're hooking this into a reolink NVR which is on your network, but you're not connecting it directly be warned: You will have to configure the IP stream using a mouse and a monitor directly connected to the NVR. The reolink phone app is free, and pretty effective. No subscription fee is required, and you'll be able to view your cameras remotely. I have not tested recording to sdcard. I replaced a regular motion sensing floodlight with this unit, and while the floodlight isn't quite as bright, the IR is so good I really don't care.

Excellent Security Camera ! Excellent Integrations.
When shopping for a POE security camera, I was looking for a one which has wide range of integrations. Being a Home assistant user for years, Reolink name was not unknown to me. The price vs features are appealing. One camera that covers 180 degree POE Great flood light Excellent NVR integration Very acceptable picture quality Have been using for few months and I have very positive experience so far. One of the cameras stopped working ( flood light ), the replacement process was very smooth. Where it can improve with software updates: Better AI detection. Ring cameras have better AI. Needs better integration with Google. Mobile notifications needs to have image/ video preview. This is something very important and I hope Reolink will update their software soon.

Got 2. and Both work well.
They are POE making it very easy to replace old non-POE cameras. 1 Camera has a slightly Faded left side. Both cameras on the unit work find. But you see the color Difference on the NVR. It states that the camera is 4k, but if you start zooming in to a specific area, The picture and Video get pixelated like my 1080p GeoVision Fisheye cam did. I Suspect the 4 k is 2k per Lense. This is not why I give it 4 stars. It is only because of the 1 unit i have where the left site is at a brighter contrast. and i fear It might be defective. I will Monitor it and do a Video Review, then in 6 months will do a follow-up review. Now for the great stuff. I did have only 1 PTZ 4k camera and it stated it had color night Vision. It partly works, but the area is too dark. the Infared is excellent and can see across the street clearly in pitch black. When i hooked up Both Rio link with floodlight POE cameras. I found them both to be about the same quality in the gray scale quality. I give that a 10 out of 10. The motion sensors i found can be adjusted to how far away you want motion detection monitored. In my case when I go outside to the car. Both of the cameras one on each side of the front of the house detects my movement and turns on all the flood lights Its great because i can now see, and on the NVR, it now shows the Video as though it was daylight outside and all 3 cameras go into full color mode. The Camera flood lights also can have the duration set from 30 seconds to continuous on. or dusk to dawn. again a 10 out of 10. Now here is my best part. The POE switch and all the Cameras run off the Eco flow ULTRA Pro will run the Cameras and have a power draw so small you don't even notice it is using any battery. Even the flood lights use little power. but are very bright. again a 10 out of 10 on the design. Well worth the money. But i am concerned on one of the units again. because of the contrast looking like it might go out on me. ATM thought I am happy with both units. At the moment I do not know the warranty information on the units if one goes out on me. check that before purchasing the units.

Buy this. You won't regret it.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: The 180° view is a must have. Great for your yard or business. You can just insert a micro SD card and it saves all your recordings without any subscription. If you want something more just buy their storage device and connect it to your router and it will do the same thing. Only thing extra you have to buy is a POE. This connects between your router and the camera. You can buy one for about $20 on Amazon. It does require power for it. The motion activated flood light works great. It's bright enough to see everything and not irritate the neighbors. I will recommend this to everyone. Night vision: Works great. Camera quality: A+++ Value for money: Worth every penny. Functionality: Many options for storage and great video day/night. Connectivity: Very simple through the app. Just add the device and it does the rest. Color accuracy: Perfect. Feels lifelike.

Design fell out of the 1990s
I wish this camera / light combo had some redeeming qualities, but it’s issues far outweigh its pluses. First of all, it’s huge - it reminds me of the motion flood lights on homes 30 years ago. If you’re looking for something which can be functional but not an eye sore and blends in, this isn’t it. Before purchasing I read a review which said the camera and lights were upside down when assembled and I thought it was just someone who didn’t read the directions or misassembled the unit. But in fact, the bracket is so poorly designed that if you try to install it any position other than wall mounted above the door then it ranges from being difficult to impossible to mount. Unlike most cameras which have several screw holes to mount the camera, this uses a hanging bracket where gravity is responsible for holding on the light and then is also secured with a single screw. The lights don’t pivot fully so it’s difficult to get them out of the view of the camera if the camera or lights need to be angled. I tried to mount the camera under my roof eves but to get the camera in the needed angle, given how it pivots, then the mounting bracket would have needed to be mounted upside down and against gravity. Although the camera comes with mounting holes on both the top and bottom to allow it to be reversed, the rest of the metal bracket’s range of motion doesn’t make that very feasible. If you’re able to get it mounted, I found the image quality poor. The camera’s attempts to stitch together the left and right lens into a single image is full of short comings. The brightness of both images was often different resulting in half of the image being more washed out. The seam in the middle of the image often didn’t align, even after using the fine tuning controls, due to things at different distances falling into a different place in the opposing angles of the camera’s view. This resulted in a fun house mirror effect in the middle of the image - at times things were duplicated when seen by both cameras at different angles and other times things would simply disappear when they reached the center line of the video. It was really trippy to see my hand missing fingers or having fingers duplicated on the screen as they passed between the view of the left and right cameras. Overall, I’d recommend saving the headaches and buying a single camera with a built in light or buying two different cameras vs trying to rely on this camera to poorly stitch its two camera angles together.

Solid, reliable, and beautiful
I now have 3 of these and a Reolink doorbell and they all work great! I had a Ring doorbell on my last house and hated the delay/lag, and the fact that Amazon owned my video recordings. Now with the Reolink POE system it's all within my own network and nobody owns the data but me. Since it's an IP camera system, there's no chance of losing signal with WiFi. It's just permanent, steady, rock-solid video. I can view the cameras remotely, but it's not on some cloud-server somewhere. The video looks beautiful too. I highly recommend Reolink.
