Does this automatically send images or do you have to manually retrieve?

will this not work with my current at&t data plan provider/sim card in my cellphone? i do not want to a separate sim card just for the camera.

The camera needs its own SIM card, and data plan. Do you mean using a SIM card from a phone you will no longer use? The data plans are a bit different than for phone use (a lot cheaper, is the good news! Plans start at $10 a month for 2G of data), but I would think you could check with T-Mobile beforehand as to the logistics of using a SIM, and it’s phone number, to be swapped over for the camera. Of course, you can’t simultaneously use the same SIM for 2 devices at the same time, so I’m sure you didn’t mean that? To my knowledge, the cellular service for this camera is not universally offered by all mobile phone companies, so, I don’t think the AT&T offers a plan for this, but do check. As far as I know, in the US, T-Mobile maybe the only one. But, plans are not expensive for normal use, and T-Mobile is reliable service.
