Works great! We run a rescue so we're constantly washing blankets, towels, and reusable potty pads. This will not get rid of all the hair but it will get rid of the MAJORITY of hair. Use 2 packets the first time you wash the items. One packet should be fine after that unless it's been awhile since you've washed the item or it's covered in a lot of hair.

I bought this on a lark just to see what it does. Wow! Was I surprised! I washed one pet blanket, a medium sized bed and a towel. I have 3 long haired cats so, there is ALWAYS fur on things. All I had to do is put two packets in the washer and set it to a large, hot setting. There was no hair on the blanket or the bed. The towel had more issues because the hair wrapped around the fibers, but it was bad at all. The bed looked brand new. VERY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had such high hopes for this for my Front Loading washer - we have 7 dogs ranging from course rottie/lab as well as red heeler hair to fine lhasa apso, cocker spaniel and poodle hair, 4 cats, a giant rabbit and 4 guinea pigs. Obviously with all different types of hair and lengths. I found it via TikTok from someone who had similar dogs with similar hair - it either worked for them or they dont have as much hair as we do! We shake out everything outside before putting it in the washer and the dogs get bathed and brushed regularly. But still, so.much.hair was left in the drum and the rubber seal around the front. It seemed to not make a dent even in the normal amount. Used the hottest setting as required and followed directions to the T on just one blanket of theirs - nada. I even make sure to clean the gasket and shake really well to give it a fair shot. Had two packets left over and it said you could use it to clean after as well and two packets are recommended so I figured why not - lets try it. Nada. Same amount of hair as normal. Wasted 15 bucks but hopefully you wont after reading my review.

I have found it does not work well with blankets covered in hair in the washer. It does not get rid of much of the hair. But I will say it does cut down on the hair that has cut in the lip of my washer when I put it in on a self clean load. It gets rid of almost all of it! This at least keeps me from having to pull it all out by hand. I just dump a whole package in, put in my washer cleaner, and run it. Super easy in that sense.

I have two dogs: Dalmatian and a pitbull/lab mix. Both shed like crazy, and my lab mix has decided she likes sleeping in my dirty clothes hamper since it is cold outside at night. Well of course, that leaves hair all over my clothes and my clothes looking tragic. I stumbled upon Vamoosh, it is legit! It does exactly what it says it does. I take my clothes out and the hair is gone. PRO TIP: I have found that putting the Vamoosh directly in the machine with my clothes, in the way do my laundry pod and not in the drawer, works much better. The only reason I score it 4 and not 5 is because you do have to use 2 packets, which can get kinda expensive per load but seeing the results is worth not having to be covered in hair.

I bought this product, hoping that it would help with all the cat hair when I wash their blankets and it did just that. Normally, when I wash their blankets in the pet bag, there’s hair everywhere inside the bag. There was a lot less hair inside the bag and my washer is actually clean. The product left my washer, smelling clean as well as the bedding. I will definitely be purchasing this product on a regular basis.

I was excited to find a product that was going to help me get my cat Minnie Kitty's blanket clean at last. After vacuuming it and using miles of lint roller sheets to get her fur out of the blanket at last a product that claimed- to an extent - would clean up the blanket and dissolve the fur. Wey, that didn't really happen. I cleaned the blanket as best I could and then tossed it in the wash, following instructions . I wouldn't say it was perfectly clean when it was done, but not bad. The problem was there was fur everywhere in the washer. And not just a little bit. A lot. I cleaned out my washer and ran Affirm through it but it smelled. I mean stank. I don't know why but it took me literally months to get that stench out. Really disappointed. And I am back to doing things the original way. I won't be using it again

Best in the market for animal hair woes.

Terrible product, used one sachet as instructions and the amount of hair that came out of the washing machine when I shook the blanket was 10x more than usual. It pulls the hair out of the fibre by shrinking it but then it isn’t dissolved
