I like this server because unlike ones ive bought in the past this is very well made ...feels expensive and does the job superbly. Good price and should last for years

I use the sieve for sieving flour, and it is a little coarse: there wasn't a definition in the write-up. I measured the wire count at 20 per inch, and the wire diameter at 0.22 mm (apologies for the mixed units). This gives an aperture of 1.02 mm, which isn't particularly fine but is ok. So far it has stood up to sieving some kg of flour and being washed without damage or corrosion, although I am careful to dry thoroughly. It arrived in perfect condition and on the expected date, which is good going considering the situation.

Do not buy this if you want to make puree. Buy a proper tamis. This is essentially a regular kitchen sieve, not even a fine one.

This sieve is ideal for making Chicken Ham or Fish mousseline. I purchased small wooden kitchen utensils at same time so as to push pureed food through to make a fine mousse. Nice size, easier to store in a domestic kitchen than the larger commercial ones.

The size is quite big for my baking bowl, when I use it the powder is everywhere outside my bowl.

The sieve was a little distorted maybe due to transit or any pressure applied before, not a circle. Though product quality was good!
