Does exactly what it says it will do
It works. I had to find the right place to plug it in, not at the end where the headphones go but out of one of the sources. It reduces the ground loop noise down to barely noticeable when there's no sound coming through the headphones. Allowed me to hook up two audio sources (Laptop and Switch) to the same headphones. Just works, no complaints so far. I did notice a reduction in volume from the source that has the isolator on it. I didn't expect as significant a drop as I ended up with, but it wasn't something that I couldn't easily overcome. I have an amp on that line anyway and it wasn't pushing too much out. Had to bump up the volume a little. With the phones directly plugged into the source only, the sound quality is noticeably better and definitely clearer. But I'm not listening to anything critical... just a laptop voip conference calls and a Nintendo Switch or whatever else is outputting from another monitor, sometimes a phone.

Eliminated 95% of the noise.
It is a little larger than I expected in size and the adapter wires can make a heck of a noise if they move. Once its pluged in and stationary this works like a charm.

Great for a few months, then loose connection
This thing did wonders. It really isolated a lot of noise on my audio line but after awhile, the right channel has been slightly cutting out and now I have to make sure it's perfectly still and seated correctly in order for it to work. I have taken well care of this thing without any abuse and I think the quality of it just went to heck fairly sooner than it should have. It works nice until there is a short in the connection inside the device.

Removes noxious noise bleed when using a bluetooth speaker to both power and amplify a synth.
Got this to see if it would fix the noxious audio from a W-King D8 Bluetooth speaker as it powered a Critter & Guitari Organelle using a MyVolts RipCord while amplifying it's audio output. This fixed the problem. I recommend this If you find yourself using USB to power an audio device, and find that there's some yucky noise creeping through the audio output signal. Prob'ly fixes similar issues with Korg Volcas and other small portable synth gear. Will also work with guitar pedal board power units when using them to run similar devices.

Didn’t work
It did not work for me at all but they sent me a replacement right away. That one didn’t work so they refunded my money completely. Great company but crap product

I have an Asus laptop connected to an old Altec Lansing ATP-3 speakers (with a subwoofer). It had a terrible and irritating humming noise when there was no music playing. After researching on the internet, it was most likely a ground loop issue with the wiring in my home. Tried connecting my laptop and speakers to a single AC outlet as suggested by some but to no avail - the hum was still there. Another other option was to try this little device. I was skeptical at first but I decided to try it since was only $10.99. Am I glad! It solved the problem, the humming is gone. Great product and thank you very much!
