So far cannot be faulted. Installation couldn’t be easier and adding new accessories to the system is very easy. Definitely worth the price you pay. There are plenty of options to personalise the kit, making it perfect for any home. Setting the alarm after it was installed is a breeze even for the least technically minded so suitable for any age groups

Great alarm and easy to fit! Took around an hour including fitting the siren. The app is great for settings and control but I'm glad I added two key fobs as there not included in the sr330 package . The key fobs are Much more convenient than opening app when coming up the driveway! The camera PIR sensor works ok but picture could be better. The PIR camera needed placing with more care compared to the standard sensors and took a bit of practice to get it to activate alarm and send pictures without waiting five minutes to receive them. since testing 9 times in a row the average picture sending time is now 50 seconds. Great alarm and after a bit of fiddling it works perfect. I also bought a extra room sensor , door sensor . And extra fobs and all items linked with the system very easily

Great system for the cost and easy to install, (although don’t be fooled into thinking it only takes minutes..). By the time you have worked it all out and decided on where all the PIR’s and sensors should go to avoid the wrath of your wife, then plucked up the courage to climb the ladder for the outside box, it’s a day’s work! I find some PIRs are more sensitive than others, which I haven’t yet been able to sort. However, system tests have shown it works well and the smart phone app (mine is Apple) is reasonable. The instructions are not very detailed so a bit of trial and error, and the occasional YouTube search was required. The door sensors appear to only work on flat edge frames but mine are bevelled and still work fine.

The instruction booklet could be better - the physical installation part was very good, but some detail on the setting up was poor. Tamper alarm were hardly mentioned but caused all kinds of beeps and alert conditions until I figured out how to by-pass the sensors until the installation was complete. Otherwise a good piece of kit - if a little expensive.

Yale Smart Home Alarm & View Kit Bought this kit and keypad partly works. It only can lock the property. Post sales support is so poor. Have been redirected to Yale and now chasing Yale to get the problem resolved. Long waiting times for the call for more than 30 mins and someone picks up the call and you happen to explain the entire issue right from beginning. So much disappointed .... doesn't make any difference with a PRIME SELLER :-)

Good alarm system. Because its wireless its really easy to set up without having to drill holes and feed wires around the ceilings. The app set up was a little confusing as there seems to be loads of yale apps in the app store and the appropriate one seems to be made by a company called 'assa abloy ltd'. I wasnt sure if it was a dodgy app phising for information or something. Apparently its correct though

Easy to configure using mobile app and/or website. Easy to install (screws or using double sided tape) and add additional window/door contact points/PIRs etc. Turn alarm on and off via app or remote key. You can configure different pin codes for different users, very useful..Zoning also very useful Makes us feel secure, siren is loud. App notifications when alarm is set / disarmed / burglar. Keypad is a bit small and would have liked a touch in/out key. No problem with the app (unlike other reviewers). I've a Galaxy S7.

Unfortunately as with a lot of companies this size, the user experience is under invested in. The app is archaic, hard to navigate and difficult to use. Kind of ruins the experience. Not the mention the rogue beeps from the smart Hub every 30 seconds and vague instructions in the app of how to fix it. As soon as Nest, Hive etc launch a decent alarm system Yale will be wiped out pretty comprehensively unless they sort it out. In danger of being a seriously outdated company.

Warning this is suplied wit uk plug, not eu. Camera sensor takes multiple times to pass walking test, wont be find. Wen set works OK.
