Honestly when I got it I quickly started taking it but it awhile for it to work. I didn’t really notice any difference these few days and it caused my stomach to hurt when I tried to go sleep. It wasn’t hard to take but definitely not one of the best ones I’ve tried.

I’ve only been taking this for a couple of days, but it’s been easy to add to my routine and i have noticed a boost in my energy. The capsules are a manageable size, no after taste, ingredient list is clean. Can't wait to see how i feel once the 15 days are up!

I was really disappointed with this product. It didn’t work as expected and I didn’t notice any results at all. I followed the instructions, but nothing changed. It feels like a waste of money. The quality is not worth the price, and I would not recommend it.
