Saline solution is a basic product. A salt % with purified water. Simple yet effective and perfect for me having various allergies from pets, dust/dander, hot to cold or vice vs temp changes, etc. It is gentle enough to use when needed and does an excellent job keeping the airways, free, open, and clean. Highly recommend and well.priced.

Every time I get sick, my entire life, I get a sinus infection. Until I started using SinuCleanse! My doctor explained that rinsing keeps the PH from allowing bacteria to take hold. I've tried the Netipot and find it labor intensive. These are gentle but strong enough to get the spray where it needs to be. There is no strong chemical feeling nor is there a smell. I also use during the winter to moisturize when it is dry outside, and I find it does help a bit with snoring. It is extremely effective; I've not had a sinus infection since I've started using this product and I'd strongly recommend.

I am obsessed with saline sprays. I will use them multiple times a day and they help me keep inflammation under control and breath better. No weird taste. Safe to use as much as you want. And very effective for immediate relief. I love that they are made with simple natural ingredients and not steroids. Also pro tip you can get through tsa with them even though they are over oz limit since it’s not really liquid. I have traveled all over with them in my carry on. I especially like to use them on planes mid flights to keep the sinuses moist and clean to prevent sickness.

It takes some getting used too. The sprayer can be a little overwhelming. I didn't know if you had to spray it until it stopped or just a short spray. I guess whatever you prefer. But it was too much until i learned to just spray what i liked. It is very salty, not like the other brand I've been using. But when you use it correctly, it helps with dry sinus and sneezing i get with it. I bet i'll get even more relief the longer i use it and learn how it works best . But it is very easy to spray too much and get salt water dripping down your throat. Like i said, i am learning and it is helping, especially in winter with the heat on, drying me out.

This is a great way to moisturize and unclog your nasal passages without drugs.

Same as pricier brandw but you get two for the price of 1. Quality saline spray. Skip the pharmacy and grab this instead.

I got the Allergy & Sinus version, which simply has more saline. Tolerated well to soften dried boogers for my special needs child prior to using a nasal aspirator... I marked each can with the name of the person it belongs to....For me, this is helping even after 3 uses my dry nose & sinus issues along with my sore nose ring pericings after the initial use & even more improvent by 3rd use. I typically buy this brand elsewhere, but the double pack was great for if you need one for more than one person. I would repurchase & have had good experiences with other variations of this same brand for years, mostly for my son & his allergies and boogers.

Good product that I use to flush out my nasal passages before using Flonase each day for my allergies.
