When I received the shower, the box had been bent and had some holes in it. I opened it to see if the item was scratched and bent up. I did find a small bend in it but I think it will be hidden. I also heard several things that were sliding around inside the unit. When I picked it up, I found several small pieces of black plastic and the back of one of the battery packs that had been making the noise. I put the back of the pack on and found the small plastic pieces were broken off of the back of the battery pack. I don't see where they really make a difference and I can always use tape to make sure the backs hold the batteries in. I have not installed it yet so it will be a while before I can update how it works.

This has to be the best shower head experience I have ever encountered. It feels like you’re at a water park or literally in front of a fire hydrant with water gushing out. My old shower head was dribbling out before I got this one. My g/f loves it because she can put the body sprayer on without getting her hair wet which women usually do this. We both love it & have to say our shower is now the best shower experience we have ever had. Thank you. AAA+++++++

Don’t buy this product. After a month using it the shower started leaking from every area that has a plastic part. Those parts can’t handle hot water and as you use it the plastic deteriorated and started leaking everywhere Andes ended up with my wall and floor being damaged. If I could give a zero star will do that. I gave one just to be able of providing you customer and distributor my honest review.

I didn't like batteries connected to it also it looks very cheap
