Leksands Sourdough Crispbread, 730 g

Absolutely delicious crispbread that goes well with so many toppings. My favourite is soft cream cheese or avocado with shrimps, but they are also great with soup. Good nutrient values as well. I saw that someone, in one of the reviews, had their crispbread broken due to bad packing by Amazon. Mine arrived extremely well packed in a box filled with brown paper packing and has a sticker on the box from Scandi Kitchen so it seems like it came from them, but I’m not sure. It arrived in perfect order.

I am from Finland, for us crispbread is a staple and we munch kilos of it since childhood in several brands. I would rate this a gourmet brand, absolute top of the line, probably the most delicious one I know of in terms of taste. In terms of structure, I'd maybe prefer a harder one. Don't believe the complaints that it's hard--crispbread is hard and this brand is actually among the thinnest and softest I've had. It has a strong fried sourdough taste that makes you come back for more without thinking. I have had everybody fall in love with this bread that I have served it to. You can have it as a sandwich or the sour taste combines well with all kinds of tastes and can be used in cooking or e.g. desserts.

Very nice crispbread that is so much better than Ryvita! Have it with cheese, ham, pate or just butter. You can also crumble it on top of yoghurts or use it as a crunchy topping on salmon (salmon fillets baked in oven. brush with egg, grind mixed pepper over and crumble this crispbread on top plus a few dots of butter 180c about 20 mins). My only complaint is that it was a bit broken on arrival and may have been safer packed in a box rather than a paper bag. Will though buy again!

This sourdough crisp bread is high roasted and is absolutely delicious . Harder than most ,care needs to be taken in the mouth , but the flavour is fantastic , and good enough with salted butter alone . The product is easily broken in transit but this second order arrive intact more by luck than skill

Someone mentioned here 'Crispbreads were all broken, due to without padding' Yes, it's all broken. Please covered it with padding, Amazon!! The products are great, just wrong packing method. Read the customers' feedback to improve the service.

I love this crispbread, having first discovered it on Ocado. It is easy to digest and doesn't cause my stomach to bloat, like bread would do. It is delicious and very easy to grab half a slice (broken up) to have with just some butter, or pate, or cream cheese with smoked salmon, or herring and sliced pickled gherkin, or various salami slices and salad, or extra mature cheddar with sliced baby plum tomatoes. I could go on, but I'm hungry now. It is much more convenient for me to buy it from Amazon because I don't get too carried away buying an overabundance of perishable items, like I do from an expensive supermarket.

Love the product but the price is now way too high and considering the product always arrives broken due to poor packing it’s only getting 3 stars

Very nice, break of the piece you want from the large round piece and it eat with toppings. Crunchy, thin, overbaked flavour which is lovely. It's hard, you need strong teeth to eat this.
