The discs work very well on tiled floor. Not too slippery .. just right in my opinion.

Good excercise equipment
I bought these after my personal trainer used them during our sessions. If you know how to use them, then they are worth while. Can't say anything negative as it does what it was made to do and the products do glide as they are meant to across a hard floor.

I am a personal trainer and these discs are really doing their jobs.its easy and challenging to use for everyone.I have clients working only with their bodyweight, while myself doing resistance training with it and It is "hurting" the next day.

Not value for money. Instructions such a poor quality photocopy that they are barely legible.
