I was on a quest to find one magical gadget that could handle my work-from-home madness, my kids’ homework chaos, and—let’s be honest—a little bit of entertainment too (because who doesn’t need a break from spreadsheets and school projects, right?). I purchased four of these smartboards for guests at our company to use to explore our web based apps and sites. These work well for this with the default browser. You can also load Google play and get other Android browsers and apps if needed. Setup was easy and connecting to the Wi-Fi was quick. One of the units did have an issue with the Wi-Fi module not being recognized. Once we were able to connect with JAV customer support they worked quickly to correct the issue. They were friendly and made sure we were happy with their service.

Great product! We use it at work every day, and have never had an issue! Also, their customer service is fantastic. I lost my wall mount for this product, and when I contacted support directly through JAV, Michael Chen called me immediately and shipped me one for FREE and even sent me an early Christmas gift with it. Just got the JAV Board last week, and I must say, it’s an impressive tool. It's well designed and solid built. Imagine using a gigantic iPad with the functionality of both a whiteboard and a split-screen feature. It allows you to display and break down content on the same screen in a very intuitive way, which is perfect for both work and education. The setup process was straightforward, and I had it running in no time. The dual operating system feature is a standout—it’s easy to switch between systems, allowing for a seamless experience whether you’re using it for presentations, brainstorming sessions, or collaboration. the seamless wireless connection to my phone or computer via HDMI. It makes sharing content across multiple devices incredibly easy. The board excels at combining touch-screen functionality, wireless connectivity, and split-screen multitasking, making it ideal for both meetings and study sessions. I believe this is a must-have device for those who want to boost their productivity in any setting. 5/5！

Do not buy!! I was really hoping this smart whiteboard would be a solid addition to my setup, especially given its sleek design and advertised features. While it technically connects to the internet, the functionality stops there in a frustrating way. The device comes with both a Google Play Store and a proprietary app store, but neither one is usable. The Google Play Store fails to authenticate—so you’re stuck in limbo unable to download any mainstream apps. The built-in store, on the other hand, requires you to accept some kind of agreement, but the UI doesn’t actually let you do it. I tried everything—it just loops back. Even more baffling: you can access Google through the browser, but you can’t sign into anything because the browser seems to be spoofing a different device, causing authentication issues across the board. That means no Gmail, no Drive, no YouTube sign-ins—basically no access to your cloud ecosystem. The only thing that worked reliably was their proprietary screen-sharing app for local devices, which is… not exactly what you’d expect from something called a “smart display.” This could be a great product with some software updates and transparency. As it stands, it’s more of a locked-down presentation board than a truly smart, internet-connected device.

This device works great and comes at a good price point. I am an engineer and use this device often to mark-up drawings. The android apps market is extremely large. Would purchase again.
