Improved dexascan!
I believe this is helping my bone loss. I take required calcium and vitamin D and my last dexa showed improvement. At 69 yo my endocrinologist actually wrote low risk for fracture. This pill is the only thing I’ve changed. Highly recommend.

Great Vitamin K2 Hard-to-Find Combo!
I'm thrilled to find a formulation with both MK4 and MK7 forms or Vitamin K2. Most K2 Vitamins only have MK7 because it lasts longer in the body (important). Even though the half-life of MK4 is shorter in the body it still works great when taken daily. There are many great scientific articles about the benefits of taking both (not sure if I can link out from here). In addition to finding the combo, the price point was great! I'm taking this, in combination with Vitamin D3, in lieu of taking and bisphosphonate class of drugs ("bone" medicines) - which can leave you with fun stuff like osteonecrosis of the jaw (just google the pictures - rare, but if you are one of the unlucky ones, you are essentially scr***d) or spiral fractures. It's not a magic pill, you still have to exercise. =)

Improve your life
I recommend you read the book, "Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox." Based on April 2011 article in British Medical Journal. The advantages of taking K2, same amt of A and D3 are incredible. I no longer have any sign of blood clots (you can't take Vit K and blood thinner at same time). Vitamins can reverse type 2 diabetes, and other benefits. Doctors in US only study Vitamins for one semester--and they do not know if take same amount of Vit A and D3, no toxicity for Vit A. Combination also prevent Alzheimer's. Worth every penny spend on vitamins, and no side effects from take prescription medications.

Peace of Mind
Nice to have this in capsule form and comes regularly on subscription. I have been taking K2 for almost 20 years along with calcium and D3. I hope to think with the combination of all three, my bones will continue to remain AS IS and not become frail. I am doing other things to strengthen my bones, but taking K2 is easy.

MK4 & MK7 combination is great!
I like taking this supplement along with Vitamin D. The combination of MK4 & MK7 is very important.
