Every mealtime, I just lift the mat and dump the food scraps straight into the trash — no bending, no sweeping. And when it’s really dirty, cleaning is just as simple. I just toss it into the washing machine and then into the dryer. It comes out clean and ready to use again. They’re waterproof, large enough to catch every mess, and make daily cleanup so much faster. Truly a lifesaver for handling spills and crumbs. I ordered these a while back, and I held off on writing a review since my son was just 3 months old when I purchased them. Let me tell you, these have truly been a lifesaver! When I moved into my apartment with my little one at around a year old, I was so grateful for these. They’ve made my life so much easier—they’re incredibly simple to clean; just toss them in the washer on a cold cycle. I prefer to let mine air dry. Since I have carpets, these have really helped protect my flooring from spills and messes—trust me, we've had our fair share, from syrup to paint, milk, and ice cream! They lay flat on the carpeted floor. While they may look a bit rough, the texture isn’t unpleasant at all. Plus, the slip-resistant backing is fantastic on tile floors, giving me peace of mind as my son explores. The colors I chose blend seamlessly with the neutral tones of my living room, and I feel so lucky to have found them!

I bought this 2-pack of mats to protect the carpet under my baby’s high chair, and they have worked wonderfully. The size (42 x 46 inches) is perfect to cover the entire messy area during meals and crafts. The material is waterproof, so cleanup is super easy with just a damp cloth or even under the faucet. I also like that they are non-slip, which keeps them safely in place. Having two mats is very convenient because I can use one while the other is being washed. A very practical purchase for parents with little ones!

It's not bad. I bought it because we're renting a place with a carpeted dining room (A.K.A. a toddler mom's worst enemy). I might have to use them both side-by-side because my son tosses his food when he doesn't want it. Or when he's thirsty. Or when he does want it, but you gave him too much, lol. The top layer is absorbent, which has pros and cons. The pro is that spilled beverages are less likely to run off (it's not super absorbent though, it's a very thin layer, so if catching large quantities of liquid is your goal it might not work) but the con is that it is about as wipeable as a bed sheet (so not very) and it shows the grease marks from every piece of wet food that's dropped on it. I think I'd rather be able to wipe it clean rather than having it look all trashy if I don't wash it in between every single meal. However, on the plus side, the price is good. I chose it because it was pretty much the cheapest option when you consider it comes with two. I do like being able to switch it out while one is being laundered. And about the laundering, I've had to soak it overnight to get the grease stains almost out. And even then, they're still faintly visible. I do love that it is machine washable AND dryable though. Soaking isn't that big of an inconvenience if you have a top-loader. Overall, I'll keep using it because I'd rather this thing looks nasty than our carpet!

Extra wrinkled after taking them out of the plastic, hard to lay flat, trip hazard. Easy to clean. Nice and big! Great product!

Works great. I love that you can throw these in the washer when they need a good cleaneing, otherwise just wipe down with a damp cloth and they wash up good. I like that when a drink it spilled on it, the drink stay on it and doen't soak through. They fold up nicely to store.

These have been fantastic! They keep my wooden floors and table/tablecloths completely protected. They do not slip around and are large enough to cover half the table (the whole table with both) and the floor underneath the highchair/toddler seat. We use it this for eating, crafts (paint, sand, glue, everything) and for snacks. It doubles as a table cloth for the toddler table as well. Best of all you can just shake it out and it washes clean in the washing machine (I hang it to dry). Only wish I had thought to look for this sooner!
