UbiQuiti UACC-DAC-SFP10-0.5M

This product serves an integral role in my home-lab, connecting my Ubiquiti core switch to the router. Absolutely no troubles setting it up - it works straight out of the box. It runs much cooler than an ethernet SFP would and has so far been running for over a year and we've not had any problems. The product itself seems high quality, as one would expect from Ubiquiti.

Works perfectly, fast delivery

Great for linking my UDM-Pro to my 48 port switch at the full 10gbps speed they support. No more bottlenecks where my internet traffic and the cameras on protect have to choose what gets more bandwidth as they can all fit over the 10gbps link fine and it was just plug and play no configuration or setup needed.

Getting 10 GB/s speed between main pieces without losing one RJ45 port on both Unifi devices. Perfect and simple!

Perfecto para conectar dos equipos de Ubiquiti.

Preso per collegare il mio Cloud Gateway Fiber al USW Switch 2.5G via SFP+. Lo infili, il controller UniFi lo riconosce subito e il link resta stabile a 10 Gbps (con fallback a 1 Gbps, unico range che questo DAC gestisce). Con i DAC “compatibili” la velocità mi crollava a 1 Gbps appena iniziavano i backup; con questo mai un flapping né un log d’errore. Cavo da 50 cm morbido, connettori solidi e latch che non si sgancia se tiri. Costa più dei cloni, ma ti risparmia ore di debug. Se usi hardware Ubiquiti e vuoi compliance 1000BASE-CX senza sorprese, è quello giusto.

Exactly what I was looking for to connect my switches together. The cable is excellent quality, just the right thickness to be able to bend compatible with my setup and cheaper than what I found elsewhere. The plus side is I got it in less than a day.
