So far I've only bought two Amazon products, and this one also turned out to be good. It's cheap but very useful; I realized after buying it that I really needed a product like this. It's small but very adequate, the tare function is very easy, I usually can't do that with scales. The display size is sufficient, easy to read.

I use the scale regularly for food prep. I am able to make sure every meal has the same amount of protein and carbs. It is light weight and easy to use. It is compact in size so I keep it in it's box when I store it away. It works great for baking too because you can be assured that cookies, cakes etc receive the exact same ingredient measurements. This is a really good scale except for one big deal.............. it does not read 1/10th of grams. In many cases this does not matter but my wife and I make homemade sausage and some ingredients in our mixes are a half-gram, gram or two, etc.... and this scale goes from one gram to two grams to three without partial grams. That being said, it's a nice and big scale with an extended readout that makes using it easy. We still use for baking bread, etc... and I find it well made with good speed. If it read down to 1/10th grams it would be a 5 star winner. We had to buy another scale. Recommended but only kind of.

I actually use this to weigh mail parcels and it works like a dream!! I mail small parcels and letters and I need to know how many ounces the parcels weigh to know how many stamps to use, it’s very simple to use. I love this little scale, it’s perfectly functional and easy to store away and doesn’t weigh very much. What a versatile little scale!
