Great product , great value pack
I have always found it difficult to floss my teeth with the usual floss and other brushes. Flossing with the string was always difficult as I am rather kak handed when looking into a mirror 😊 . These brushes are great .I am able to get into the gaps between all of my teeth now with ease. it has taken me a while to find the right product. Great value for money with this pack and the performance is great to be able to get to every part of your teeth.

A Mixed Bag of Cleanliness and Frustration
I've been using these TePe Interdental Brushes, specifically the Red 0.5mm Angle ones, for a little while now, and I've got to say, it's a bit of a love-hate relationship. First off, I have to give credit where it's due when these things work, they work. The little angled head is genuinely brilliant for getting into those awkward spots between my teeth. I've got some pretty tight gaps, and the 0.5mm size feels just right – not too big that I'm forcing it, but substantial enough to feel like it's actually doing a proper clean. You can feel the difference immediately, that smooth, just-cleaned feeling you get when you've effectively dislodged all the little bits of food and plaque that a regular toothbrush just can't reach. My gums definitely feel stronger for it, and I'm less worried about those sneaky little cavities popping up in those hard-to-access areas. For that interdental cleaning and plaque removal aspect, they've been pretty effective. However, and this is a big "however," there's a recurring issue that's really starting to get on my nerves: they snap, consistently. It’s almost like they have a lifespan of a handful of uses before the brush head just decides to give up the ghost mid-clean. You’re in the zone, doing your thing, and suddenly snap, there’s a bit of the wire brush left behind, clinging precariously to your teeth. It’s not exactly a pleasant sensation, and it makes you wonder if they're actually designed to break at a certain point. Is it just me, or is this a common thing? I’m trying not to be cynical but it genuinely feels like they're intentionally made to have a limited number of uses before they conveniently need replacing.

Work well, easy to use on back teeth.
I use these at the recomendation of my dentist, My back teeth are very close together but his wiggles inbetween nicely. I use some mouthwash to rise the bristles and they come with a little cap to store the one in use. So they are not use once, dispose. I'm pleased to see the last box arrived with out the plastic packing. No problem cleaning, usually a quick rinse is all that is needed. the handle makes it easy to use on the back teeth and along the sides and the core of the brush is very thin, springy metal so mving about between the teeth is easy. I have these on subscription and I think they are good value.

Too flexible!
Seem quite flimsy and brush part is very bendy, very difficult to use. Also very sharp point on the end so be careful!

Plastic Coated Brushes Protect Teeth & Gums
Okay, so I’ve tried a few different interdental brushes over the years, and touch wood, I’ve never even had a filling, so they do help. When I first migrated from floss to what I will from now on call I.B., I loved the ease of use and the results. I had a type with a handle, and tried various sized brushes until I found my perfect match. (Or so I thought). Alas though, it had metal bristles, and a chat with my dentist recently revealed that this can be damaging. So I picked up some little short Xmas tree shape I.B. which were made of plastic, but the smallest size was a bit big, and I found them really awkward to hold and not very effective. Enter the TePe Angle Blues, which seem to be a happy medium. The handle makes them so much easier to use, and the plastic coated bristles protect the teeth and gums. Unfortunately, despite choosing the exact same size as my previous ones, there is obviously quite a marked difference of size between brands, so I will need to re-purchase these in a smaller size. You may want to keep that in mind when purchasing. For example, I would say these feel about two sizes larger than Curaprox. My advice to anyone who may be new to this type of product, is just go slow and be gentle – don’t force the brush anywhere. And if you have any teeth which are very close together / crossed over, use regular floss there instead. Best Uses : To reduce plaque, tartar & gum problems from building up between dental appointments. Pros : Compact and portable, high quality, easy to use, plastic coated wire is gentler on teeth and gums. Caution : These can be re-used (as per my Dentist), however I think it’s best to keep them as sterile as possible, so I soak them in mouthwash after use. Cons : Slightly pricey for a 6 piece disposable set. But you do get what you pay for. In summary : Worthwhile Interdental Brushes. Recommended. I hope you found my review helpful and would love for you to click “yes” if you did.
