They seemed to work if i could have used. If you have bad hands too they do not work. I was going to wear to bed spent half hour trying to put them on my hands hurt horrible. Then read you should not wear while sleeping, so then had to take them off, I hurt so bad after that. I have RA in hands and feet so make sure your hands have the strength.
