I bought it for my husband. It is an amazing fragrance with sparkling and strong top notes with soft to moderate projection and sillage. It gradually mellows down but remains distinct and musky sweet. It is a long-lasting fragrance (18-24 hours in gentle Indian climactic conditions). It is supposed to be blended with Sandalwood oil base; however, sandal fragrance is not perceptible even in base notes. It is a rather linear fragrance that smells in the same pattern even after a few hours. I don't know whether the attar is 100% natural but it certainly gives warmth that supposed to come with natural Kasturi. Best suited for winters.
