Great Starter Protein
This is the first protein powder I’ve bought, and I did a lot of research and asked for recommendations from my gym friends before choosing it. I think it's good value for the money and the taste isn’t too bad. As a beginner, I found the flavor a bit off-putting at first, but mixing it with cocoa powder and making a smoothie really helps—it becomes even more chocolatey. Did I see results? Yes! With consistent training, my muscle mass has increased, and I’m a beginner at the gym. Overall, I’m happy with this protein powder and would recommend it to others just starting out.

Check the smell mine was off
I love rule 1 protein powder chocolate peanut and salted caramel I have every day mixed with yoghurt. For the first time from this seller i tried chocolate fudge and it was off, smelt weird and gave me a bad stomach. Amazon refunded as sell by date was off. Be careful if it smells werid then I wouldn't recommend eating it.

The Product I receive is genuine but I ordered for 76 serving while I received 72 serving so it's kinda bad for that I am giving 4 star.

Gives you mental strength
Good: the tub is fuller than rest of the protein powders Bad: I have had more than 10 protein powders and this has the worst sweet taste ever. Don’t know about muscles but I developed mental strength to finish it

The picture shows 76 serving although the one I got says 72. Flavor is ok but better with milk. Best thing about this protein is that its isolate and hydrolysate and not concentrate.

Bought this first time time in Dubai and fell in love with the taste...it's on the sweeter side but it's ok for me...I like it this way...excellent protein mixes well tastes great and results are splendid and visible...but of course...you need to train you muscles enough in the the gym or else it won't work..great purchase..vendor delivered in time with good packaging...looks and tasted genuine and similar to the one I got from Dubai...keep it up..

I LOVE this protein powder. I’ve tried others and this one truly reigns supreme. It’s blends well, it’s never gritty, all flavors taste good in shakes combined with other ingredients or by themselves, AND It’s low in sodium and carbs. Great price point for high quality product.
