MKM Pottery Tools Wood Big Hand Rollers for Clay (BHR-79 Psychedelic Wave)

I used this on air dry clay and it worked really well. It creates a really nice imprint and does not stick. It’s very small so definitely for little projects or perhaps a project where the pattern doesn’t cover the whole piece. I made small trinket dishes and they turned out lovely.

Love this tool! As an amateur, hobbiest potter, something like this to give me dynamic textures is a really fun and easy way to add dimension to my pieces. I will roll out a slab, roll this texture on, and then use cookie cutters to cut out Christmas ornaments! And they looks soooo good with glaze, try this with blue rutile, you won't regret it!

The wave flow big wood hand roller from MKM pottery is a reel hit for a beginner potter. I’ve never used rollers from this company before, and I was pleasantly surprised. It was just the right size and well made with a mesmerizing pattern. With careful placement and careful rolling, you can avoid the telltale line in the pattern when you roll end to end on a slab of clay. It made good clear clean impressions in the Clay. I’ll buy more hand rollers from MKM. In fact I ordered 4 more.

Absolutely beautiful pattern on this hand roller. I rolled it out on a clay slab and made a hand-built vase, and it was stunning! Gotta lot of "Oohs and Awes." The Echinacea flower pattern imprints clearly.
