Nice packaging, it has a bitter taste but I liked it and , I will definitely purchase again.

I already use their tea, and yes, love it, BUT, I didn't buy this one for the tea. I don't need any new tea for a while, I just wanted this one for the tin alone. It came dented right smack in the front. I can't return it because it's a 'grocery' item. So for this reason - my unhappiness is showing up in the rating. Buy it if you want the tea. If you want the tin, good luck to you because if it arrives damaged - well too bad!

I bought this for the cute Peter Rabbit themed tin and it arrived quite dented on one side. I think it needs to be shipped in a cardboard box instead of the plastic mailer. The English tea is tasty however.

Very disappointed with this product. 1 out of every 4 tea bags works. All the others end up spilling tea into the cup. Very disappointed and do not recommend buying it.
