Perfect for replacing failed switch!
When the switch on my Bob's Discount Furniture "Forte" power reclining sectional failed I was prepared for a very expensive or perhaps impossible repair, given that the model is discontinued. After a short bit of research I was very pleased to discover that the switches, power supplies, and even motors for motion furniture are all unofficially standardized. They all use the same voltage, connectors, pinouts, etc. My sectional originally came with a switch that included a USB power port. I guessed that the failure was likely due to all that extra complexity of embedding a USB charger. Those 5V switching adapters aren't exactly robust. I opted to replace my switch with this very simple switch, with the assumption that it will last far longer. If I need to plug my phone in I'll find a better way. This switch was a perfect match for the hole in the chair arm. The 4 screws even lined up perfectly. The connector is 90° which made the latching mechanism not work, but it didn't have any effect on functionally. It was easy to install and worked perfectly. I bought a 2 pack so that when the other switch inevitably fails, I can make them match again. Very pleased with this purchase.

Great replacement…
This Recliner Switch with 2 Buttons was very easy to install. It is very well made with a strong plastic material. For the installation, all that was needed was to remove the defective switch and substitute it with this one. Fit perfectly onto my recliner which I did myself with no experience. This switch allowed me to do this myself, saving me a lot of money for a furniture technician. Works perfectly reclining my chair and looks great.
