It’s a pretty standard and comfortable chair designed for a simple desk setup. It offers some basic adjustments like seat height and tilt, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking for a lot of ergonomic features. For example, the armrests only move up and down, not forward or backward, and the wheelbase doesn’t feel particularly sturdy. Still, it’s a decent option overall — comfortable enough for daily use and a good value if you’re on a budget. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for one of the better chairs available in the $100–$150 range.

I hated looking for a new chair when mine started sinking after only a year. I couldn't rebuild the one I had since it didn't last long at all so it had to be a different chair. I purchased one and it was awful. I couldn't believe how uncomfortable it was considering that it wasn't cheap so, back to the drawing board. Luckily, I found this oneand decided to go with it. What an improvement! This chair is comfortable and supportive. I can use it all day for work then all through class at night as well. The packaging was much better than the others and assembly was pretty easy by myself. My only issue is that I wish it went to just one notch higher, I'm 5'4", but if it did, I wouldn't be able to put my feet on the floor. This chair is great for my back and my rear end doesn't go numb. The arm rests are soft and the padding is good. All good things. Let's hope this one lasts longer than one year.

Cushion not the same as displayed in product images. Overall the structure of the chair is solid. The lumbar support and material is as stated. The problem, and reason for the 1-star review is that the cushion that comes with the chair is different than what the images show and it is super hard. I need a chair that I can sit in for 9-10 hours a day for work. This cushion is not comfortable at all. Very disappointed. In order to return it you have to disassemble and repackage. I tried multiple times to contact their support team via the link provided in Amazon - but I get a message, "No one available try again later." I've tried multiple times over the last week at different times/days of the week. When I clicked to go to the vender website listed on Amazon it is non-secure and shows as "Blocked" due to suspicion of being a "Fake e-store."

Regarding the chair itself, it's high quality and comfortable. The 2D adjustable lumbar support is great. I've never felt such perfect back support in an office chair before. No more stiff backs or achy muscles. This chair is all about customization too. With adjustable headrest and armrests, it's like having a chair that's made just for you. Whether you're tall or petite, you can tailor this chair to your liking effortlessly. One feature I particularly love is the 145° stepless tilt function. It's perfect for those moments when I need to recline slightly to ease the tension in my back without compromising on support. It's a total game-changer for those moments when you need to kick back and relax. The seat cushion is thick, plush, and oh-so-comfy. And the sleek black is modern, and it fits perfectly with my home office decor. The wheel is smooth as well. I can move very easily to anywhere around. This chair does come with a footrest option, although I bought one without it. It maybe something you can consider. Love the design of the chair, I work from home a lot and so this gives me a wonderful time when sitting with good support for my back & neck for those long meetings. The chair does look premium and is a very comfortable for 8+ hour sessions

Una silla ultra ajustable. El asiento si que es duro, pero tampoco es bueno tener un asiento demasiado acolchado para que te soporte, y no me molesta. Me quedó perfectamente de todas partes, ¡puedo sentarme a trabajar sin mayor esfuerzo! Las instrucciones están horriblemente traducidas, eso si, y cuesta un poco entender cómo ajustar cada parte de la silla, pero una vez lo dominas, va genial. Queda como un guante. Sobre la función de reclinarse.....NO LA USEN. XD La función de reclinar en una silla que no sea de metal cara es más que nada marketing, y podría romperla. No lo recomendaría, mejor échense en cama. Sin eso, seguro les dura mucho más. Quejarse de que rechina o anda muriendo la silla por eso es bastante tonto. En fin, me la volvería a comprar. Por el precio, es buenísima. Eso si, recomiendo tomarse medidas de la espalda, dónde queda vuestro soporte lumbar, su mesa etc antes de comprarla para asegurar que les ajusta, porque si no lo hace los va a dejar uasini.

I bought this as a home office chair. I am 5'2". The lumbar support does not sit exactly where I need it. However, it is still quite comfortable. I like that I am able to lower and raise the chair with minimal effort. It also reclines smoothly. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because when you lower the chair, it seems to crash down quickly. I worry that this might cause the mechanism to wear out quicker over time. The head rest is also easy to adjust. The seat is not overly padded. Some might find this uncomfortable over a long period of time sitting in it. But, I don't spend hours at a time sitting at my desk. So, it is comfortable enough for my use. That also means that the seat won't flatten out over time and become uncomfortable to sit on. The arm rests are also not overly padded. If you prefer lots of mushy padding this chair is not for you. I prefer the firmer padding found all over this chair. Over all, the ergonomics design is comfortable for me.
