I use it on my nether nuts. Seems to work pretty well. Puts a kibosh on the itchiness. And isn't that what it's all about...?

I fought a rash on my neck for months before trying this. And when I say fight, I mean I was at war. I tried everything—multiple OTC creams, sprays, and powders; various RX antifungals and steroids; washing 2x per day or more, drying with the hairdryer, using dandruff shampoo, tea tree oil, hydrogen peroxide, eating yogurt, and even wearing yogurt masks. No matter how vigilant I was—and I truly was—I couldn't kick it. Feeling super defeated, I decided to give this cream a shot while I waited for my second dermatology appointment. I was ready to beg for systemic antifungals, but I didn't need to.This cream knocked out the rash in just 3 days! I continued using it 2x per day for 2 weeks just to be safe, but all my symptoms were gone in less than a week. As far as I'm concerned, this cream is a miracle. That said, it's very thick and extremely difficult to apply—especially on my already inflamed neck. It’s easier to rub in if you let it reach body temperature first, which takes a few minutes (I usually brushed my teeth while I waited). It also feels a bit gross while wearing it, but I think that might be part of its effectiveness. The beeswax keeps it in place, and honestly, at that point, I would have been willing to smear dog poop on my neck if I thought it would actually help me. Fortunately, that was not necessary!

Per my son, this ointment works great. Only need a small amount so will last a long time. Relief was had in a few hours and rash was almost completely gone the next day. Not greasy and easy to apply.

Unfortunately I developed a rash in the crevices of my skin on my torso and I could find very little relief with other products. This one did provide relief to the itching, but did not clear the rash itself.

Much bigger bottle than other AF creams & worked great on my son’s yeast rash! Will definitely be buying again!

This is not the kind of stuff you like having to go on Amazon and purchase… For quite a long while, I never questioned the itch in my nether regions, and only after looking it up that I realize it was probably a fungal infection that I’ve had for years… Oops… I was hopeful that some over-the-counter cream would help, and turned to Amazon – very thankfully, I found this well-reviewed item, and was shocked by how effectively worked! It takes about a week, maybe a week and a half, but I was completely itch- and fungal-free! Probably not the best things to be publishing on Amazon for all to see… But I highly recommend this cream, as it was very effective for me. There is no smell, no bad feeling - only a strange greasy feeling that you quickly get used to. You do have to be conscious of cleaning your undergarments properly. Assuming you use this properly, it’ll take about half the bottle for treatment, even of a relatively large area of skin.

Would not recommend

Works for diaper candidiasis that does not respond to nystatin. Saw improvement in as fast as 1 day from initial application. It is so convenient to have the barrier mixed in with miconazole which makes diaper changes with a fussy toddler easier and quicker. The consistency is thick and occlusive which provides adequate protection from moisture.
