I bought the energy flavour gels and primarily use them for when I work out (weight training) whilst travelling away for work as they're easy to transport. The taste is odd, not quite sure how to describe energy flavour, but it's not unpleasant anyway, it's a gel and easy to drink. You take this pre work out about 10-15 minutes before and you really can tell the difference. I was skeptical as have had pre work outs before that didnt do a lot, but I can definitely tell my energy level increased everytime with these and saw an endurance boost. I tend not to take these before everywork as I dont want to start relying on them, but they're definitely worth it when you just feel sluggish and can't be assed. I bought these for about £20 so at around £1 a pop they're not the cheapest, but I think worth it. Oh one 'negative', however I read this on lots of other pre work outs, you can get a bit of a tingly face when you initially take it and start then work out.

I had no energy to go to the gym. I'm very tired and weak from two surgeries, but the doctors advised me to do some kind of exercise. And that's where the pre-workout gel comes in; it works better than any other powder. I didn't feel those prickly skin sensations and had energy for about 6 hours, without any palpitations. Simply good energy and a good flavor compared to pre-workout powders.

I know nothing about these things. However, it is quite important to mention that you should drink a lot of water before taking in the gel. Or, I do not know if you can dilute it in a bottle of water. "Stay well hydrated" is not enough to describe what you should actually do. Also, according to body size it is an overdose. If I were about to work out heavily for six hours I would drink small portions of it. It does not mention if you can keep it in the fridge after opening.

I have used ABE pre workout gels for several years now and although there are better pre workout powders out there they come at a very steep cost. These gels do an excellent job of providing you with extra energy to finish that hard workout without the crash and as it’s a small gel, it won’t contribute to that “sloshing” in the stomach by joining your protein shake and water you have while gyming it. Recommended

The have worked well for me

Well, it did what I needed it too... However I think it worked too well as I am still wide awake! That was me taking it over 8 hours ago!!!
