I love Beam Minerals. I started out taking the liquid form, but switching over to the capsules were much more convenient for me. I take one a day first thing in the morning before coffee, which depletes minerals.

Love these. I do prolonged fast often, and these are crucial to keep electrolyte and mineral balance.

When I went through the first bottle of these I wasn't impressed. I had seen a podcast that suggested we're supposed to feel a marked difference in our energy/being when we take supplements, or else they're not for you, and the host was promoting this brand. Well, I didn't notice any difference taking these and was feeling like I wasted a significant amount of money.... I don't consider them cheap. So, I decided to try them one more time, but not everyday. I instead used them during a 3-day fast, and during my period. THAT'S when I noticed the difference.... a marked difference. Both events usually drain my energy, but for the first time ever, I wasn't sluggish.

I’ve been struggling on extended fasts and took these the last time, they made a big difference. Before taking them I could only get to around 50 hours but after taking them I was able to do the full 72 hour fast I was trying for. I took them in the morning and the evening.

Horrible my hair started falling out and this product is all I’ve done different in 3 weeks. This was eligible for return until 1/31/2026 and it wsnt let me return it. This is horrible Not hsppy at all with beam products

This product did everything it said it. I’m so pleased with the quality and results. Plan on purchasing the products for pets.
