Madden Men's Navy Slip-On Loafer

I know you may be thinking the leather lining in these shoes is a bonus. But not to a vegan. Many vegans avoid all animal products, not just food. I bought these for a vegan because the description said synthetic uppers and sole and nothing about the leather lining. The description needs to be updated to be clear. That said, they are really a very decent pair of shoes and looks like good quality otherwise. But just three stars due to the incomplete description. UPDATE: I see now that in one of the pictures for the tan version of the shoe you can read the Genuine Leather Lining imprint on the underside of the tongue. So I guess this was my fault. However, it should be easier to get this info than that, IMO. At any rate, I updated to four stars since I could have caught it and since I was also allowed to return them for a refund.

When I received my package I was trilled. I opened the box and notes that these shoes look a little smaller that my other boat shoes. I matched up a pair of she's with these and noticed their about a 8 vs being a 8.5. I looked at the side of the box and the shoes size said 8.5 which is my size. Believe it or not I was able to put my shoes on using my shoes helper. Though the did fit, they we a little tight. I may have to buy a shoe stretcher now. Overall I will give this shoes a 3 for looks and comfort and minus 2 stars for being smaller for a 8.5. I you buy these shoe please by one size bigger.

While the shoes are finely made, I've determined that it'll be the last time I buy clothes/shoes online. The sizes varied so much between sites (even with the measurements chart) and how it feels on your feet. I usually wears 9.5 to 10, but recently I bought a pair of shoes that feel too loose in 9.5 so I got the size 9. Now it's too tight...sad life :(I think if you can, try the shoes in a store before going online and buy it.

I love these shoes. They are comfy, look nice and there are no laces to tie!!! (I am that lazy!!)However beware, the sole is attached with glue. The glue on my last pair gave way while I was at work! It was so embarrassing to have the sole flapping around. I got shoes with the sole sewed on but I missed these too much I decided to get them again despite of my embarrassing floppy sole.I think they are worth the risk!

Now, I do like it, but beware, its a duplicate. I would also recommend that you buy at least a half size larger than regular. Even with those two faults I still like them and would buy it again. I will just buy it bigger next time.

I purchased these for my husband, and he loves them! They are a really nice looking shoe and he receives compliments on them all the time. I like this shade of tan a lot more than your average brown shoe. He normally wears a size 10, so these run very true to size. Since he wears his dress shoes on a daily basis, he can wear them out fairly quickly. These shoes, however, have lasted him for many months and haven't started to show many signs of wear yet. I would recommend these shoes!

Shoes are nice but I was surprised for Madden shoes they run small. Had to exchange the 1st pair for next size up & they just fit. Aside from that my husband likes them, said they aren't super comfy so he doesn't wear them a lot but not sure if he needs to break them in. I think they look nice

I love the color but have been unable to wear them with socks as they are just too small. I've been buying Maddens for a few years and love them so I was disappointed when I tried them on. I love my Tao models and was hoping this would be a replacement for my Tan pair which I've worn out.
