I was doubtful until..
After reading all the reviews and seeing so many negative ones I was really concerned about buying an empty can full of regular air like people were saying. Somebody said it was not real oxygen and mentioned something about blowing it on a candle and yada yada yada. So here's my personal experience. My wife suffers from Crohn's disease, AFib, and extreme anemia. Every time we go up North to an elevation of 6500 ft at our property in the pines my wife can only walk 5 to 10 steps and then has to rest and catch your breath. Last week she was having severe heart pains because she wasn't getting enough oxygen due to her anemia. I bought a six pack of these cans and today we went up to our property. As soon as we started walking from the creek up to the property which is about a 20 ft climb over 100 ft in distance, she got about 30 steps and was having a very hard time breathing with chest pains.. she took a one second hit from this can and within seconds the pain was gone and she was able to finish the track to where the house is. Just a few minutes ago she walked from the kitchen to the front door then down the hallway and back to the sofa. She couldn't breathe and was having very strong chest pains so I quickly got the can and had her take a hit from it. Within 3 seconds the pain in her chest went away. We have one of those little O2 sensors that go on your finger. I figured since it's worked twice now I want to see if it actually changed her O2... I didn't get the test it when she was in pain but when she was sitting there after taking that first hit her O2 was 97 which is regular. She took a one second hit from the can and 5 seconds later her O2 went up to 99 and stayed there for a good minute. I'm in good shape and I do not have any issues breathing in my O2 has never been higher than 97. So, I'm not saying this is a resolution for everybody but I am saying it works for her and it's not a placebo because these chest pains can trigger her AFib and the last thing we want is for her to have another cardioversion. If you don't know what that is, look it up. I'm giving this product five stars.

It’s okay
I bought these because they were the most economical of all oxygen bottles. I had no problem receiving them, yet it seemed a little longer to ship than most. Not too bad but a few weeks is pushing it. They may have come through customs, so, be sure where yours is coming from if you’re in a hurry. I had no problem ordering or the shipment it was a straight forward deal and I appreciate this vender getting the product out right away. I have ordered oxygen bottles like these in the past from a different brand. The difference is there is no face cup. This is a spray only. I couldn’t find a cup to buy separately but I half heartedly looked. It is not hard to spray into the mouth or nose. However, the amount wasted is not known. Oxygen is oxygen, right? IDK. I used this and it felt like I got a burn or blisters or a sore spot on my tongue where the air passed thru my mouth and my sinus became a little raw. I didn’t get this from my last bottles of a different brand. Also, there is a noticeable difference in quality. For instance, I didn’t get a noticeable relief when I was out of breath after exertion. The other brand was very effective. Also I didn’t get the boost to help make me feel alert when I was drowsy during driving. Again, not so with the other. Since the affects were minor to Nil and the burn I cannot recommend this if you really need it to work. Plus the burn concerns me of chemicals I’m unaware. This is too bad because it’s more affordable and receiving it was easy enough.

Oxygen is better than smoke
I started using canned oxygen when I quit smoking. Instead of inhaling smoke I inhale a couple breaths of canned oxygen. Not sure if I notice any physical changes instantly but it helps control the need for a cigarette. I now take an oxygen breakk with blast than a cigarette break with marlboro. I've purchased other brands for more and less cost, but prefer the price of this brand. I don't mind not having a cup and trigger because they are always too big and awkward to use. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is it doesn't seem to last as long and I get less breaths per can. Otherwise the quality is the same or better. I've traded a bad addiction for a good one, or at least a better alternative. Waiting for my second order to arrive and will buy again.

Disgusted-Can’t be used without a separate purchase
It’s unusable without a separately purchased mask. I bought three large canisters which I CANNOT USE since I saw nothing in print advising that a special attachment is required. I will be going back to BOOST—They’re immediately ready use, unlike this gravely disappointing purchase just taking up closet space. O2 blast, some users are emergency based and the fact that you all didn’t see fit to equip your device with a top that makes it immediately usable, tells me you’re not serious about ease of use, or interested in customers who need the lift due to health issues. By all means, oxygenate the athletes, but until you mask up the device, it isn’t a serious product.

TOO HARD TO USE
After using Boost I thought I would try this since it is little cheaper. It is way too hard for me to use. My hands don't have a lot of strength in them. They don't last long either since so much comes out at once. Will not buy again.
