All containers came dented and taped up. One had a slit and sugar was escaping. Looks like it was then reboxed because the shipping box had no damage.

The product is good, but they shipping packaging was horrible. The sugar containers should and in the mail crushed with sugar leaking out of them and the packaging. They were packaged in a bubble envelope and a plastic letter size envelope. One of the worst packing jobs I have seen. These Durham containers should have been shipped in a box and packaged much better. What kind of business would package such an item in soft packaging for it to get essentially destroyed in the mail, real smart Einstein!

I like this kind of sugar better than sugar packets, so I ordered the three pack of it. It's sugar, so it gets 5 stars. No bugs or anything in it, I used two of them and haven't died or gotten the trots, so what more could I ask for.

I like having the sugar in this container as I could just have it by my hot water pot and instant coffee. Easy to use.

the item was fine,BUT the shipping prep was awful.package was not properly reinforced and was crushed by ups in shipping.next time use a box and not on envelope.
