Adds body, shine and softness
I'm delighted to have found this shampoo - I was actually looking for one with chamomile but eventually opted for this one which contains aloe vera, jojoba and rosemary. I have sensitive skin and scalp but had no bad reaction to this product. It smells subtly herby and floral and has a luxurious, rich feel. You only need a little to get a good lather and it leaves hair soft, shiny and fuller than any previous shampoo I have tried - including some that were ridiculously expensive. No flyaways, no dullness. It manages to combine gentleness with great effectiveness and at a fantastic price, as a little really does go a long way. Perfect for children's hair too. I found I did not need to use a conditioner either. Excellent product.

Great shampoo without coconut ingredients which is great
I find the item great for all the natural ingredients contained, I appreciate that it doesn't contain any coconut derivates, it makes hair look shiny, moreover, a small amount of the shampoo is enough to make good leather

GREAT, but don't be fooled by the list price - not so cheap.
I was attracted to this shampoo by the list of ingredients - clear, lacking in sulphates, silicones and stripping chemicals and bountiful with herbal goodies. My hair is lifted 7 levels and toned to a warm creamy blonde so is extremely porous and needs to be pampered. I find the sulphates/alcohols etc... in most commercial shampoos excessively drying and damaging to my vulnerable hair and my previous go to product – a boots own sensitive range – discontinued. After drudging through high street brands (all no worse than not washing at all) I was forced to try samples of supposedly high end friendly labels which claim to cater for chemically processed hair (Pureology, Redken, Joico, Aveda, Blondme, Lush) but offered in the end indifferent results or sometimes even worsened the dryness and manageability (Lush, Blondme) or have been reformulated in recently to include the damaging ingredients they previously got such good reviews for excluding (Pureology) both my hair and my wallet were at breaking point. Sulphate free shampoos are hard to find on the high street, and they rarely have such good ingredients listings, even online. However, I found Mistry's recommended in one of the Curly Girls forums (always helpful as this hair type shares many of the same problems). I was so impressed by the ingredients and at the reasonable price I was happy to take a punt and also bought the matching conditioner. I DO like the results – my hair feels clean, but not dried out and when used in combination with the conditioner the results are hydrated and shiny. I DON’T love the small size of the bottles and the overall cost: because you do need to use a lot of the shampoo each time (about three times as much as usual) this makes it fairly expensive when you factor in the extra product needed and the postage - about £13 for a 200ml bottle of shampoo seems quite steep. If I could find this in an offline shop, postage was lower or the bottles were larger I would consider re-purchasing. Otherwise, I'm uncertain.

Stick with it
I think I've reviewed this before so this is a bit of an update. I think in my last review I said something about it being ok but not brilliant and that I was just over the moon to have a coconut free (SLS etc) shampoo. Well I have now been using this for a few months and I use it on my hair and I use it on my 5 year old daughter's hair. My hair is soft, shiny and strong. So strong in fact that my hair is now exceeded its maximum growing length by multiple inches and for hair that used to reach just above my bra strap it is now just above my waist and that's with a haircut recently to bring it back up to my bra strap. My daughter's hair is very much the same. Soft, shiny and it is so much thicker. I think that when I first started using it my hair was just damaged from previously having to wash it in washing up liquid and it needed a chance to actually start building my hair back up and working on it. I used to really miss being able to being able to wash my hair in normal shampoo but not any more. This 1000% does the job. My hair looks as good as it has ever done and although I was upset I couldn't condition it also I actually find that I don't need to.

Wavy hair
I like the quality, my hair feel soft and shine but I don’t like I need to use a lot of product to feel like it cleans well and the shampoo is too small

Worth trying
I purchased this shampoo because I'd stripped a build up of dye from my hair with a chemical product. I wanted to rest my hair and not use any chemicals on it for a week. Also I've suffered with some hair loss and I was interested in using a natural product to promote hair growth. My hair is damaged by chemical processing so when I used the shampoo it felt incredibly brittle, this shampoo allowed the natural condition of my hair, unlike the usual branded supermarket products filled with chemicals. Due to the condition of my hair I had to use some conditioner, I thought it might break easily otherwise. This shampoo helped my scalp feel less itchy, it's too early to say if it's help regrowth but information on the internet suggests that rosemary and jojoba are good ingredients for this. I've also started using a derma roller and applying a different natural serum for hair growth so I won't be able to say in future if this shampoo contributes to any hair growth. The smell is different to anything I've used before, perhaps more herb-like, not the most beautiful smell and not the worst either. I used a 10p size drop, washed and rinsed and a smaller size drop for a repeat and it produced lots of lather the second round. I would definately buy again simply for the natural content and the calming effect.

Will buy again
Was blown away by how good this is. Ive tried so many high end shampoos and bought this with low expectations. When I washed my hair in evening I did think it looked greasy and was not happy. However, next morning my curls were defined and my hair had bounce. Ive got thick frizzy hair and this product has been a surprise. For sure, I will be purchasing again. Only thing I don't like is the size of the bottle. It needs to be alot bigger...
